It might have been an unlucky evening, but half of our food took 90 minutes to arrive. We had to constantly remind them that we were missing certain items, such as the vegetables, chicken & even a simple diet coke. Considering they ask that you leave in 90 minutes too, it was a funny & ironic situation - we would love to leave in 90 minutes, but can't if it takes 90 minutes for the raw food to arrive...
If they perfected their system, I can see this place being great, but as it stands, our dining experience was very subpar.

went there last night with my friends & this was the most fun ive ever had eating, ever! i already cant wait to go again. the broths were delicious, the meat was flavorful & the fish was so tender it melted in my mouth. they have so many great options for protein & veggies & noodles, we had a hard time choosing. we ate so much food & thought we were gonna pay a fortune but when split amongst 4 people, it was less than 50$! & our server Steven was so fun & welcoming & kind, he made sure our experience was no short of amazing! I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!!!!!!
Order their Haidilao.. house made fresh noodles.. they are best served. A great place for Chinese hotpot... Loved the seafood dips. They are open late that's good as well
If I could, I would give 10 stars for Stevens service. We've been to Hai di lao in Vancouver & In Asia before but his service was the best of them all, he was attentive, kind & funny. He's definitely an asset to your establishment & I hope everyone their understands that. The food was just as amazing, top tier quality meats. Thank you Steven, we'll be back soon!
The place was clean, aesthetic, affordable & the food was excellent! Plus, the service was so good & they even offered hair ties & wipes for glasses! Highly recommended hot pot place filled with numerous options!

Souper entre amis, beaucoup de choix de fondue beaucoup de choix de bouillon. Les prix sont bons il y a pas d'alcool, il faut savoir que c'est pas tout à fait comme la fondue traditionnelle qu'on peut acheter à l'épicerie.
