Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant Fleurs & Cadeaux. Nous y sommes allées avec des amis un vendredi soir. Je dois dire que la façade de paie pas mine, mais une fois à l'intérieur, l'ambiance est excellente. Nous y avons été très bien servis. Le serveur nous a concocté excellent un menu dégustation & il s'est questionné avant d'apportez les deux derniers plats si nous avions assez mangé. Ayant en effet assez mangé, il a été possible de refuser le dernier plat. Le vin était aussi excellent. Nous avons par la suite pris un verre au bar au sous-sol. Très chouette. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Je le recommande chaudement.
We had high expectations coming to Fleurs & Cadeaux, as it was highly recommended to us but I think we might have just had a really bad service night. It didn't look understaffed, but we had to wait 15mn even with a reservation for a back corner bar seat (on a Wednesday...), asked for water repeatedly 20mn later when no one had come to see us & kept being forgotten, finally ordered 3 dishes that took over an hour to come (one of them being sashimi...) & the third dish was forgotten & came out half an hour later than the rest, cold. The staff kept doing shots with the couple next to us so that might account for the poor service? The preferential treatment created a weird vibe. Food was good, but not worth the bad experience. Out of principle I can't not give a tip, but this would have been one of those rare occasions I think no tip would have been justified. Fairly disappointed overall :(
My partner & I agreed afterwards that it was the best dining experience we've ever had. Pep the bartender took such amazing care of us. I'd give more stars if I could.
Food was delicious, service was attentive & fantastic, & ambience was wonderful. I won't name names but skip the other Japanese bistro, bar, small plate big price spots & come here instead, higher quality & value on everything. Shoutout to Ben
La qualité de la nourriture & du vin est excellente, ainsi que le service.
Les prix sont un peu élevés & la quantité petite, & après 6 plats & 2 bouteilles de vins & 3 cocktails, nous avions toujours faim (& avons mangé des nachos dans notre bar une heure plus tard).
Maybe suggérer de prendre des nouilles aussi?
The food & cocktails were delicious & the staff was very nice. Only downsides are parties of 2 are seated at the bar with no backrests & no place to put your jacket or bag & it is very hot inside the restaurant. Still would recommend 10/10.
They gave us a bar seat instead of a table although I made my reservation for only two people from 3 days before. There was no option to specify a table or a bar seat at the time of reservation. When I went to the restaurant, I saw an empty table for two that stayed empty until even after the kitchen was closed. It seemed like they have saved the table for their "special customers".
Also, they were out of at least two items on the menu, including the soy sauce ice cream & the miso aged duck which I really wanted to try because I've heard many good reviews for these dishes.
Our seats was close to the entrance & we smelled cigarettes from time to time from outside which was not pleasant.
Other than the mentioned downsides, the food was tasty & it was presented professionally. But I'll probably skip this restaurant next time.
Retrouvé au bar du sous-sol les émotions vécues à mes nombreuses soirées au bar Olio de Shinbashi, il y a quelques années. Superbe expérience.
& les plats du restaurant, bien que la carte soit un peu courte, sont délicats, parfumés & délicieux. Service très amical.

Magnifique endroit avec une super sélection de sakés en importation privée , des vins nature qu'on ne trouve nulle part ailleurs & la bouffe!!! Meilleurs sashimi en ville, les nouilles Udon savoureuses, la mousse d'oursins c'est une surdose de umami pour nos récepteurs du plaisir. On a passé une super soirée, avec un petit sneak au bar avec dj Scott from the goods sur des vinyles
Des saveurs extraordinaires, un esthétisme très haut niveau dans la présentation des assiettes, une connaissance approfondi du personnel quant à la composition des plats & des ingrédients les composants. Gentillesse, du personnel, professionnalisme.Mon seul Bémol, la musique beaucoup trop forte.
Mais ça c'est juste moi, je comprend le concept bar resto. Enfin bref à essayer absolument, fabuleux.
