The food is always delicious & the service is great. Though, the restaurant is inside a casino so it's going to be loud & that lowkey gives it trashy vibes but nothing can be perfect but God!! The food is top notch, give it a go!!
Always a 5 stars service, atmosphere, food & drinks expérience. Top notch, Best Filet Mignon ever, simple perfection on all counts. Service is A+ with super friendly staff. Been there a few times & I love it more each time! Try it, you will enjoy this 5 stars very affordable quality experience. Say hi to John the very friendly & very professional Manager along with the best staff. Try the Filet Mignon, its the best ever & for dessert have the Tiramisu, trust me you will be in heaven. Ambiance & atmosphere is always top notch & the place always looks amazing!!! Enjoy!!!

The food quality is top notch, the service is amazing id go back for sure, highly recommend it. The music was a bit loud at the end of the meal but otherwise it's great the decor is nice & it's very clean.

We had a great dinner at Etc. in Playground Casino. The Tomahawk was great & definitely worth ordering. We added lobster tails & scallops on the side - they were good, though not as memorable. The surprise highlight for me was the tiramisu, which was excellent. Service was also top-notch - our server guided us through the menu & was attentive throughout the night. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
My first visit & Completely surprised by the quality & taste . Definitely top notch worth a visit...a little expensive but worth it !!. Only thing is music & environment is s little loud...but it's a casino!! Will definitely return
From the moment I stepped out of the car, the vibes were just right. The valet was warm & welcoming, setting the tone immediately. As we walked in, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles-it felt like they were truly happy to see us.
From the front door onward, the staff were 100% attentive, kind, & made us feel special. The ambiance of the restaurant was incredible, & I honestly felt like we were given the best table in the house. The service? Absolutely top-notch. & the food-every bite was delicious.
Roberto was outstanding & made my birthday dinner a remarkable experience. The food was truly top-notch & the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant! The service was top-notch, with Bruno recommending the salmon tartare, which was absolutely divine. It took my palate on a delightful journey-truly the best tartare I've ever had. A huge thank you to all the staff for their attentive service!!
Top notch experience! Highly recommend this steak house. We sat in the dining area but next time we'll sit in the casino area & enjoy some of that amazing live music. The only negative part about our evening is that we had to leave early to get home 😩

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles & a level of attentiveness that made us feel like VIPs. Our Maître D'hotel was knowledgeable about the menu & offered fantastic recommendations, clearly passionate about the food & wine offerings. Now, onto the star of the show - the A5 Wagyu steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, juicy, & bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chefs use only the highest quality cuts of meat, expertly seasoned & grilled to our exact preferences. The wine list was extensive & thoughtfully curated, providing a range of options to suit every palate & perfectly pair with the dishes. The dessert menu was a delightful end to our meal, with indulgent choices that did not disappoint. Overall, ETC exceeded all my expectations. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty & that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a steakhouse-elegant yet cozy, with just the right amount of lighting to create a comfortable & intimate atmosphere. The cleanliness of the establishment was also top-notch; everything from the tables to the restrooms (which are just outside the restaurant) was spotless, which only added to our confidence in the quality of the food. Speaking of the food, the steak was cooked to perfection-juicy, tender, & bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise. Overall, this steakhouse exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, a clean & inviting environment, & exceptional food made for an unforgettable dining experience.
