Notre souper etait wow tres tres bon .Chose qui est manquant c aucun accompagnement .bte de vin un peu cher plus de bouteille a 55 juste a 75$$ jai manger assiettes fruits de mer tendre excellent incroyable.mon mari fletan & tartare excelent aucuns croutons.service excellent & pas taxe c a paye le pourboire ca parait jf vais y retourner c sure.c est juste que c est au casino malheureusement pour moi lolllll merci

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunday evening perfection - exceptional service that made the night unforgettable
Last night, Sunday evening, we had supper at ETC Restaurant at Playground Casino in Kahnawake, & the experience was truly exceptional.
About a week ago, we experienced an issue related to the return of our car. What stood out was management's decision to handle the situation in a genuinely customer-centric way. As a gesture to make things right, we were invited back for dinner, & that decision set the stage for what became a remarkable evening.
Before heading to the restaurant, we spent a little time enjoying the casino & had the pleasure of winning $600 together, which immediately added a positive & relaxed energy to the night - a great reminder of why Playground is such an enjoyable destination overall.
From the moment we sat down at ETC, the evening felt refined & special. We began with a beautiful Chablis, followed by excellent entrées, including a bruschetta-style dish with perfectly prepared bread & cheese, paired with a beautifully marinated salad, as well as a fresh shrimp entrée. The main courses were outstanding: Wagyu beef & a 40-day aged ribeye, cooked to perfection & served with elegant greens.
Dessert was just as impressive - a beautiful cheesecake & an elegant chocolate mousse, both carefully presented & delicious.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was the service, & in particular Freeman.
Freeman was the person who truly made this night special. His attention, warmth, professionalism, & genuine care elevated the entire experience. He guided us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, & ensured every detail was perfect throughout the evening. Thanks to him, & his personal touches added elegance & personality to the experience & that we would not have enjoyed without his care & initiative.
This is exactly what exceptional service looks like. Freeman's presence transformed a great dinner into a truly memorable experience, one that felt closer to Michelin-level service than a typical restaurant visit.
A sincere thank-you to Freeman for his outstanding hospitality, & to the management team for their thoughtful, customer-focused approach & for creating the opportunity to turn a situation into such a positive experience.
We will absolutely be back.

Impeccable service by Tasso, Massimo & Michael! David, the manager, popped over to check on us, too! Now that's great customer service! Food was excellent...med-rare filet mignon cooked to perfection & that mille feuille potato was incredible...fries were also very good & a huge portion that we couldn't even finish! & the tiramisu dessert was such a creative presentation that we felt bad destroying it to eat it but it was absolutely devine!!!😋🥰❤?❤? Thanks for a memorable & delicious dinner experience!! 🎶Great choice of music playing too, so we weren't bothered by casino noise. Wonderful experience & we'll definitely be back!!🥰🍾🥂

Lovely place for a romantic dinner. Nice ambiance & food was amazing. My only complaint is the noise level, but then again, you're in a casino.

We had a great dinner at Etc. in Playground Casino. The Tomahawk was great & definitely worth ordering. We added lobster tails & scallops on the side - they were good, though not as memorable. The surprise highlight for me was the tiramisu, which was excellent. Service was also top-notch - our server guided us through the menu & was attentive throughout the night. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

My first visit & Completely surprised by the quality & taste . Definitely top notch worth a visit...a little expensive but worth it !!. Only thing is music & environment is s little loud...but it's a casino!! Will definitely return

The food was okay but do NOT book the'terrace' it's inside the casino where they do shows & it's VERY loud. Service was mad slow too but i might try again to see if inside would be better. Food portions might be deceiving if you have a big appetite or are hungry.

Beautiful restaurant & ambiance! The staff treats you like family & they served us delicious food! I highly recommend. Not only do you get to eat at this fantastic restaurant but then you also hit the casino right after…would definitely go back

Top notch experience! Highly recommend this steak house. We sat in the dining area but next time we'll sit in the casino area & enjoy some of that amazing live music. The only negative part about our evening is that we had to leave early to get home 😩

This review is strange as we were exposed to many things last evening. You are sitting in a restaurant housed in a casino that is far from Las Vegas. The crowd in the casino resembled Atlantic city but the restaurant itself was nicely decorated. The points lost were because of the incredibly amount of noise you had to deal with. Dinner was not quiet!!! Lost my voice just trying to talk to the others at my table. This was compounded by a terribly placed band that was playing live music just outside the glass walls of the resto. Who decided that this location was a good idea Our waiter wasn't great but the other staff tried to pick up the slack. The Manager James sensed we were not pleased & was a gentleman & stepped in to make things right. Who stood out was also the busman Michael who should be made a waiter instantly. So attentive & kind. So besides the crazy loud environment & an "interesting" crowd inside & outside the restaurant, the food was delicious. I shared the wedge salad which was delicious & had the 12oz prime New York strip. Probably the best steak I've had in a long while. It came exactly as requested medium rare & was truly delicious. Fries were also crispy & plentiful but was off put by the cumin spice dashed on them. Make sure you tell them if you aren't a fan like our whole table. Would go back but on a quieter night.

So so happily surprised with this amazing restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious, the restaurant was clean & organized. Pretty calm considering it's inside the casino. The server was very attentive to our needs. I definitely recommend this spot for a nice dinner. It hits the right spots & I CANT wait to go back 🫶🏻✨

Eating at Etc. Steakhouse is like hitting the culinary jackpot with every bite! The food is not just delicious but also a steal compared to other Montreal steakhouses. Major props to our waiter, Sam, who guided us through the menu like a seasoned pit boss. The Porterhouse Steak was succulent, but blow your mind. Gambling might be fun, but for a guaranteed W, place your bet on Etc.! It's a sure thing for a mouthwatering meal! PRO TIP: Try to get a "Dining Room" seating; otherwise the "Terrace" tables you will be placed on the casino floor, which gets pretty ethic with live music & casino guests.

This was a overall 10/10 experience starting from the service we received from Kayla Palmieri, she helped us from the beginning showing us around the casino & bringing us to the restaurant. The server was very welcoming & informative & made great recommendations. We will definitely be coming back with friends & family!
