Just went to the restaurant & let me tell you what a hidden gem.Freedman our waiter was over the top with amazing advice on our food selection & David the floor manager gave us a great service with complimentary shots at the end of our meal..I highly recommend this steakhouse prices are very reasonable & quality is great ...will definitely come again ...Joe
Cela fait maintenant plus de deux ans que je suis client fidèle, & à chaque visite, Etc me rappelle pourquoi je n'en change jamais. La constance est irréprochable , la qualité des viandes, la cuisson parfaite, la fraîcheur, tout est toujours au même niveau d'excellence. Spécial mention au hanger steak incroyable !
Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, généreux & respectueux. On sent réellement qu'ils se soucient de leurs clients. On est accueilli comme en famille, & traité avec un niveau de service qui devient rare aujourd'hui.
J'ai fait tous les steakhouse de la Rive-Nord, de la Rive-Sud & de Montréal, & honnêtement aucun ne rivalise. Que ce soit le goût, la générosité des portions, l'ambiance ou le service, c'est tout simplement le numéro 1.
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour ces deux années de qualité constante. Si vous n'êtes pas encore aller je sais pas vous attendez quoi c'est le meilleur steakhouse que je suis allée dans ma vie ! Je recommande à 1000% , merci encore à toute l'équipe !
ETC Steakhouse delivers a dining experience that goes far beyond expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, & genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classy & comfortable - ideal for a date night, a celebration, or just treating yourself to something exceptional.
Perfectly cooked to order, melt-in-your-mouth tender, & bursting with flavor. You can tell they use top-quality cuts & know exactly how to bring out the best in them. The sides & sauces complemented everything beautifully - not to mention the wine list, which was spot-on.
We left full, happy, & already planning our next visit. ETC Steakhouse sets the bar high - easily one of the best steakhouse experiences I've ever had.
Been to many steakhouses around the world, & this one rates right up there with the best of them. Outstanding food & service define how good this place is, not to mention beautiful decor & atmosphere. The starter tomato salad was a preview of good things to come. The ribeye steak was done to perfection & delicious, the salmon was fantastic & cocktails were delectable. Highly recommend this restaurant if one is looking for a great dining experience.

If I could put 100 stars on this review I would.
This steakhouse is beyond phenomenal. The food is delicious, everything is so flavourful, staff is very attentive & caring, Massimo was an awesome waiter with amazing recommendations.
We were highly impressed & satisfied with our entire experience. Definitely recommend to everyone & definitely won't be our last time !
My husband's ribeye was cooked to Rare, but we asked for Medium Rare. The waiter said it is a perfect medium rare for him. There was no way that is a medium rare because the meat is red instead of pink & still tender & with blood on the inside. We expect the waiter to give us back a new piece of steak but they re-heated the same piece of steak & made it to medium to medium well. Normally in other steakhouses they would replace a new one to us. I consider this is very unprofessional. My New-York strip is not bad but the cut for me is less than 12 OZ & the taste was ok but for me it was not the dry age taste

Right away you feel welcomed by the hostess, the bartender & manager. We sat at the bar because we love the atmosphere. We have been served by Bruno each time . He's a wonderful bartender, engaging, helpful with menu options & suggestions, & makes a mean drink! The manager has visited us every time to make sure we are happy with the food & service. The food selection is varied.We have tried the entree's , the sides , steak & fish each with its unique presentation. The truffle potatoes were excellent. The calamari delicious. The sea bass perfect . All steaks cooked to perfection & very tasty. Bruno entertained us throughout our visits with information regarding the different alcohols & stories about his different experiences as a bartender. The early bird special price can not be beat! & you get a delicious dessert. If you choose to go after the early bird special you'll find the prices very reasonable & competitive with other steak houses . Of course not having to pay tax is a bonus! Etc. is a high end Steakhouse with great food, atmosphere & prices! We are definitely going back as often as possible..to eat & then play the slots!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Playground's ETC & I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with a perfect balance of elegance & comfort. The dim lighting & tasteful decor set the mood for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles & a level of attentiveness that made us feel like VIPs. Our Maître D'hotel was knowledgeable about the menu & offered fantastic recommendations, clearly passionate about the food & wine offerings. Now, onto the star of the show - the A5 Wagyu steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, juicy, & bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chefs use only the highest quality cuts of meat, expertly seasoned & grilled to our exact preferences. The wine list was extensive & thoughtfully curated, providing a range of options to suit every palate & perfectly pair with the dishes. The dessert menu was a delightful end to our meal, with indulgent choices that did not disappoint. Overall, ETC exceeded all my expectations. If you're looking for a top-notch steakhouse with exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, & food that will leave you craving more, this is the place to be. I cannot wait to return!
Un steakhouse plus haut de gamme que la normale. Bonne carte des vins. La nourriture était délicieuse. Le meilleur filet mignon de ma vie. Le service était excellent, nôtre serveuse Kim a été très professionnel & courtoise. Côté ambiance, une belle déco & il y avait de la musique. Seul petit bémol, c'était bruyant. On était quand-même samedi soir. Super resto!

We came for dinner Friday & were served by Sam at Etc.Steakhouse. We both felt that the service was so exceptional it merited a PERFECT REVIEW. It is because of Sam's service that made us tell many people about our experience at your establishment. He reminded us of the service we obtained in well known Las Vegas establishments. So we would love to applaud him & the busboys for the professionalism & great work they did. To the chefs who cook us our meals. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The food was beautifully presented & absolutely devine. We cannot wait to come back & try other dishes. The only ick we did feel was coming into the restaurant there was a female hostess speaking with what looked like potentially management men. Once we walked in we were not acknowledged, even after we said hello with a smile the gentleman looked up & somewhat ignored our presence. It could have been a crazy night or dealing with a potential situation although an acknowledgement would have been appreciated. We also wanted to applaud your security who helped us navigate where to go as it was our first time. All together we just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful experience & I truly a hope you applaud your staff for a wonderful experience.
Absolutely phenomenal dining experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles & impeccable service. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty & that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for a steakhouse-elegant yet cozy, with just the right amount of lighting to create a comfortable & intimate atmosphere. The cleanliness of the establishment was also top-notch; everything from the tables to the restrooms (which are just outside the restaurant) was spotless, which only added to our confidence in the quality of the food. Speaking of the food, the steak was cooked to perfection-juicy, tender, & bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise. Overall, this steakhouse exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, a clean & inviting environment, & exceptional food made for an unforgettable dining experience. We can't wait to return!

This is the probably the best steakhouse in the greater Montreal area. Perfect for special events. Went once for a birthday dinner & again for an anniversary celebration. Sam served us both times & was excellent. The service, food, & atmosphere is exquisite & its wallet friendly prices for a steakhouse. Even impressed my very hard to please foodie mother!
Eating at Etc. Steakhouse is like hitting the culinary jackpot with every bite! The food is not just delicious but also a steal compared to other Montreal steakhouses. Major props to our waiter, Sam, who guided us through the menu like a seasoned pit boss. The Porterhouse Steak was succulent, but blow your mind. Gambling might be fun, but for a guaranteed W, place your bet on Etc.! It's a sure thing for a mouthwatering meal! PRO TIP: Try to get a "Dining Room" seating; otherwise the "Terrace" tables you will be placed on the casino floor, which gets pretty ethic with live music & casino guests.
