From the young handsome Italian manager to the bus Boys to the most amazing waiter & the one & Only Hisham the head chef. Everyyyyything to perfection, from the The mojito, the wine,the Ceasar salads, the smoky goat salad, Fried mixed vegetables so so savory, the Gigantic Shrimp cocktail what a taste, the Aligot potatoes, the salmon, the roasted vegetables with some scrumptious dressing, the Asparagus, the truffle Mac n cheese, the fries, the Chimichur sauce, the AAA Ribeye 14oz, the Tomahawk steak skewered to perfection & finally the Delicious Mousse cake. My Family said to me. Dad this is the Best meal I have had. Thank you so much Hisham & your entire staff for making my daughters birthday as she said The Most Special Birthday She Has Had to date. Always a 5 stars service, atmosphere, food & drinks expérience. Top notch, Best Filet Mignon ever, simple perfection on all counts. Service is A+ with super friendly staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sunday evening perfection - exceptional service that made the night unforgettable
Last night, Sunday evening, we had supper at ETC Restaurant at Playground Casino in Kahnawake, & the experience was truly exceptional.
About a week ago, we experienced an issue related to the return of our car. What stood out was management's decision to handle the situation in a genuinely customer-centric way. As a gesture to make things right, we were invited back for dinner, & that decision set the stage for what became a remarkable evening.
Before heading to the restaurant, we spent a little time enjoying the casino & had the pleasure of winning $600 together, which immediately added a positive & relaxed energy to the night - a great reminder of why Playground is such an enjoyable destination overall.
From the moment we sat down at ETC, the evening felt refined & special. We began with a beautiful Chablis, followed by excellent entrées, including a bruschetta-style dish with perfectly prepared bread & cheese, paired with a beautifully marinated salad, as well as a fresh shrimp entrée. The main courses were outstanding: Wagyu beef & a 40-day aged ribeye, cooked to perfection & served with elegant greens.
Dessert was just as impressive - a beautiful cheesecake & an elegant chocolate mousse, both carefully presented & delicious.
What truly made the evening unforgettable, however, was the service, & in particular Freeman.
Freeman was the person who truly made this night special. His attention, warmth, professionalism, & genuine care elevated the entire experience. He guided us through the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, & ensured every detail was perfect throughout the evening. Thanks to him, & his personal touches added elegance & personality to the experience & that we would not have enjoyed without his care & initiative.
This is exactly what exceptional service looks like. Freeman's presence transformed a great dinner into a truly memorable experience, one that felt closer to Michelin-level service than a typical restaurant visit.
A sincere thank-you to Freeman for his outstanding hospitality, & to the management team for their thoughtful, customer-focused approach & for creating the opportunity to turn a situation into such a positive experience.

Food was excellent...med-rare filet mignon cooked to perfection & that mille feuille potato was incredible...fries were also very good & a huge portion that we couldn't even finish! & the tiramisu dessert was such a creative presentation that we felt bad destroying it to eat it but it was absolutely devine!!!😋🥰❤?❤? We visited ETC on Halloween.The food was very good, cooked to perfection. The tomahawk steak was delicious, the mille feuille potato was so rich & creamy. & the dessert was so good, we had the Opera Coffee cake & the Carmelia. I definitely recommend.

Had dinner here last night, & I was very impressed. Everything from service to the food was impeccable! My steak was cooked to perfection & the cocktails were amazing! They paid attention to every last detail! Highly recommend for a nice dinner out!

ETC… in the Playground, Kahnawake, is a fantastic place to celebrate & enjoy high-quality food. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, perfect for both family & friends. I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. I also tried four different desserts, & my absolute favorite was the sphere tiramisu, which was not only delicious but also such a creative presentation. The staff were friendly & attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is truly a gem in Kahnawake & a place I highly recommend for any special occasion.
Been to many steakhouses around the world, & this one rates right up there with the best of them. Outstanding food & service define how good this place is, not to mention beautiful decor & atmosphere. The starter tomato salad was a preview of good things to come. The ribeye steak was done to perfection & delicious, the salmon was fantastic & cocktails were delectable. Highly recommend this restaurant if one is looking for a great dining experience.
I came here for my birthday & I'm so glad I did! The food was so fresh & seasoned to perfection. Our waiter, Bruno, was exceptional & his service enhanced our experience. Antonio was so helpful as well. Definitely recommend!!

Right away you feel welcomed by the hostess, the bartender & manager. We sat at the bar because we love the atmosphere. We have been served by Bruno each time . He's a wonderful bartender, engaging, helpful with menu options & suggestions, & makes a mean drink! The manager has visited us every time to make sure we are happy with the food & service. The food selection is varied.We have tried the entree's , the sides , steak & fish each with its unique presentation. The truffle potatoes were excellent. The calamari delicious. The sea bass perfect . All steaks cooked to perfection & very tasty. Bruno entertained us throughout our visits with information regarding the different alcohols & stories about his different experiences as a bartender. The early bird special price can not be beat! & you get a delicious dessert. If you choose to go after the early bird special you'll find the prices very reasonable & competitive with other steak houses . Of course not having to pay tax is a bonus! Etc. is a high end Steakhouse with great food, atmosphere & prices! We are definitely going back as often as possible..to eat & then play the slots!

Our Maître D'hotel was knowledgeable about the menu & offered fantastic recommendations, clearly passionate about the food & wine offerings. Now, onto the star of the show - the A5 Wagyu steak. Cooked to perfection, each bite was tender, juicy, & bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chefs use only the highest quality cuts of meat, expertly seasoned & grilled to our exact preferences. The wine list was extensive & thoughtfully curated, providing a range of options to suit every palate & perfectly pair with the dishes. The dessert menu was a delightful end to our meal, with indulgent choices that did not disappoint. Overall, ETC exceeded all my expectations.
