We had an absolutely outstanding experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented, & the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, & comfortable. Every detail showed the care & pride the team puts into creating a great dining experience.
What truly made our visit exceptional was the manager, David . He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, & genuinely attentive throughout the evening. David took the time to answer our questions, offer excellent recommendations, & ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude & dedication to customer service made us feel valued & well taken care of.
It's rare to come across someone as amazing & passionate as David. He truly goes above & beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to him & the entire staff, this was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had. We will definitely be returning & highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food & exceptional service!
Where do I start!! First time at Etc.
What an experience! Roberto our waiter was superb. Detailed the menu, suggested plates , gave us tips how the chef makes sertain dishes, etc. Everyone that works there are very attentive!! Was a real nice experience!!!

Best food, excellent service, & a truly memorable Christmas Eve. Everything was perfectly prepared, the staff were warm & attentive, & the atmosphere felt special & festive. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate-highly recommend!
Freeman was absolutely amazing! I asked for him because he's always friendly, attentive, & genuinely great at what he does. His service made my visit even better. Highly recommend asking for Freeman!

Perfectly cooked to order, melt-in-your-mouth tender, & bursting with flavor. You can tell they use top-quality cuts & know exactly how to bring out the best in them. The sides & sauces complemented everything beautifully - not to mention the wine list, which was spot-on.
We left full, happy, & already planning our next visit. ETC Steakhouse sets the bar high - easily one of the best steakhouse experiences I've ever had.

We had a great dinner at Etc. in Playground Casino. The Tomahawk was great & definitely worth ordering. We added lobster tails & scallops on the side - they were good, though not as memorable. The surprise highlight for me was the tiramisu, which was excellent. Service was also top-notch - our server guided us through the menu & was attentive throughout the night. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

ETC… in the Playground, Kahnawake, is a fantastic place to celebrate & enjoy high-quality food. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, perfect for both family & friends. I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection-fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. I also tried four different desserts, & my absolute favorite was the sphere tiramisu, which was not only delicious but also such a creative presentation. The staff were friendly & attentive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. This restaurant is truly a gem in Kahnawake & a place I highly recommend for any special occasion.
Unique & delicious cocktails (highly recommend the Lavender Peach for a fun Earl Grey take on an Aperol Spritz), delicious grilled cheese bruschetta, salmon tartare & & lemon tarte, even my cappuccino was next level.

From the moment I stepped out of the car, the vibes were just right. The valet was warm & welcoming, setting the tone immediately. As we walked in, everyone greeted us with genuine smiles-it felt like they were truly happy to see us.
From the front door onward, the staff were 100% attentive, kind, & made us feel special. The ambiance of the restaurant was incredible, & I honestly felt like we were given the best table in the house. The service? Absolutely top-notch. & the food-every bite was delicious.
We where 5 out to celebrate a birthday , service was unbelievable! Extremely attentive, knowledgeable, friendly staff ! We where treated like royalty ... Food was as amazing as it's presentation ... incredible experience .
