We went as a group of 15 for a birthday. Service was ok but no tap water was provided, even when asked. After spending around 130 $ & up per person, I feel that we should be allowed some tap water if asked.
The staff doesn't care because the service is already included in the bill, if it wasn't a lot of people wouldn't tip considering that they didn't get water
I ordered an 8 $ bottle of sparkling water & the server poured it for other guests at our table ( & I don't even know them) without asking me & kept the bottle. Therefore, I never got my bottle of sparkling water that I was charged for. My bottle that I ordered should have been placed in front of me the whole time So I can drink as much water as I need.
After there was none left, so I only got like one glass & a half of sparkling water that I paid for. & if I wanted more water, I would have to pay for it. I find that very unreasonable.
The food was overpriced, like a 32 $ Greek salad with very few cucumbers & a lot of bread inside. The $50 salmon was overcooked & a very small portion.
Everybody kept saying how thirsty they were after they left.
As a server, I understand it's your job to sell water, but considering The amount we are spending in your restaurant, we should be allowed to get a glass of tap water if we ask for it.
Worth the drive & worth every penny! We came for my birthday from laval with the bridge half open & don't regret it one bit , you need to ask to sit in Sarah's section as she was the best server I ever had at any place. & we haven't even mentioned the food , the appetizers were unreal, the tuna tataki & arancini out of this world, & the Rib eye cooked to perfection, the cod was as good. 10/5 all around will be back for sure

We had an amazing night. There were 8 of us, & Samantha made the entire experience fantastic from start to finish. She was super kind & so helpful throughout the evening. Every recommendation she gave us was excellent! Everyone at the table was happy with their meal. She handled our group with ease & made us feel so welcome. Thank you, Samantha, for making our night so memorable
What a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, cozy, & inviting while still being elegant & classy. The food was absolutely amazing-every bite was cooked to perfection.
A special thank you to our waitress, Samantha, who took such great care of us throughout the evening. We were watching the Portugal World Cup match on our phone, & instead of making us feel out of place in such a beautiful steakhouse, she chatted with us about Ronaldo, joked around, & made the whole experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly sweet, funny, & attentive.
Outstanding service, incredible food, & a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
The steak was delicious & cooked well, & overall the food was tasty. However, I don't feel the experience justified the price point. My meal consisted of a New York steak, asparagus, & fries, & while everything tasted good, the presentation & overall dining experience felt fairly basic.
The restaurant has a beautiful aesthetic & a nice atmosphere, but beyond the décor, there wasn't anything particularly special about the meal itself. The sides were presented simply, & nothing about the dish made it feel like a $200 dining experience. I also ordered two appetizers to share, hoping it would elevate the meal, but unfortunately it still felt quite average for the cost.
I don't mind paying premium prices for exceptional food & service, but in this case, I found the meal to be somewhat mediocre despite the excellent steak. If you're looking for a nice ambiance & a good steak, you may enjoy it, but I personally expected more value for the price.
Restaurant Mirella occupies a place of genuine affection in our dining repertoire. Its setting & ambiance carry that rare quality of seduction - a room that invites one to linger, to converse, to surrender to the ritual of a long table. The noise, however, occasionally climbs above the threshold of comfort, where conversation becomes effort rather than pleasure.
Our loyalty to Mirella rests on a foundation of consistently excellent cooking - food that has, over the years, earned its place beyond reproach. It is precisely that trust which made our most recent visit - four of us, gathered some ten days ago - the more disappointing.
We each selected the fixed menu at $75 &, with quiet unanimity, chose the veal chop as our main course. What arrived fell short of the kitchen's own standard: the meat presented a sturdiness - a resistance to the knife & to the palate - that exceeded any reasonable threshold of acceptability. Three of us left the greater part of our plates untouched, not from indifference, but from the simple impossibility of finishing what had been set before us.
We raised the matter. The response, regrettably, did not rise to the occasion - no gesture of acknowledgment sufficient to offset the cost of a meal largely left uneaten. It is in these moments that an establishment reveals the depth of its hospitality. The food alone no longer carries the evening when the table walks away having paid in full for what it could not eat.
The bitter note lingers - not as condemnation, but as an obstacle to renewal. Mirella deserves better from itself. So, frankly, do its loyal guests.
