Great dinner place, really special menu, it kind of caters to everything but doesn't really specialize in anything. Wonderful location, & the staff are extremely friendly. Seating is good but it can get pretty loud sometimes. If you're lucky enough to get a booth, always go for it,they're great. All in all, when you're downtown & don't know what to eat, I highly recommend to go there. A bit on the pricier side though
Samuel was an EXCELLENT server, really connected with us & brought the energy! I had the special which was braised short ribs with fingerling potatoes & & sage mushrooms. PHENOMENAL! 10/10 would come back! Very affordable for the level of deliciousness. In the states this meal would cost $150++++
Deville Dinerbar is top on all fronts: top service (educated/trained staff), top food (I have been to Deville Dinerbar many times, have tried many of their menu items & I can't single out an item I did not like), top ambience, top dining experience. Easily one of the best restaurants of Montreal.
It was my first time at Deville Dinerbar on Friday & all I can say it was phenomenal. The food, the atmosphere - it was such a vibe. Jana was our waitress & she provided such great service. I'm definitely coming back here again!
My recent visit to Deville Restaurant was truly exceptional. Led by the exceptional server Jana, the staff provided warm hospitality & impeccable service throughout. The culinary offerings were spectacular, with each dish expertly crafted & bursting with flavor. Deville Restaurant offers a top-notch dining experience that I highly recommend & look forward to returning to soon.
Everyone we encountered from the time we walked in the door until we left was super friendly & helpful. Jana, our server, was great. It's a bit pricey, but portions are large & everything was delicious
It's a great place to enjoy some company & eat some double meat burgers, also the bar has an extensive card. For the service, everyone was very kind; our waitress Jana made us feel at home.
