The professional service, experienced Baristas, excellent food, & stunning interior make it a must-visit spot in Montreal. The former Royal Bank of Canada head office, now transformed into this amazing café, is truly a sight to behold. If you find yourself in Montreal or your local area, I urge you to stop by Crew Collectif & Café for an unforgettable experience.
Crew Collective & Café in Montreal is a stunning mix of history & modern charm. Located in a former bank, the grand architecture creates a beautiful, inspiring space to work or relax. The coffee is excellent, & the food menu offers tasty, well-crafted options. The staff is friendly & professional, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're looking to work or just enjoy a great cup of coffee, this café is a must-visit!
You go there more for the place that is stunning rather than for the coffee. That being said, once inside, the aroma catches you & you grab a coffee to sip while you take in the magnificence of the building around you!
The building the cafe is located in is absolutely STUNNING! But the cafe itself, not the greatest. The food & coffee was bland & burnt, with no flavor, & the servers have nasty & rude attitudes. The only good thing about this place is the architecture of the building, otherwise it's overhyped & overpriced.
This place (once the tallest building in the British Empire) looks absolutely stunning, & the service by Lea at the reception is a 20/10. I mean white glove, outstanding service. Same with the baristas: amazing service. That being said 120$ for a semi-private place to work for 2 people, four coffees (the Dulce de leche one was delicious but too sweet, the americano was a letdown) & a pulled pork sandwich is too expensive. Especially when you can go to other coworking places a few streets away (of course, they're not as nice, but they are more comfortable) & spend less than half for a private room with coffee, tea, snacks, etc. à volonté. I can only recommend this to tourists, to take nice pictures, for people who want to cowork there once in a blue moon, if you want to treat yourself, if you are an influencer, or if your company pays for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this as a coworking space, simply because it's too expensive.
A great cafe in a stunning 1920s-era bank. Coffee is delicious, pastry & meal options are delightful. Can't go wrong!
Certainly! Here's a five-star review for Crew Collective & Café: --- **Five Stars** Crew Collective & Café is an absolute gem in the heart of the city. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with stunning architecture & an ambiance that perfectly blends historic charm with modern elegance. The vaulted ceilings & ornate details create a unique atmosphere that's both inspiring & comfortable. The coffee here is top-notch, brewed to perfection by skilled baristas who clearly take pride in their craft. Whether you're in the mood for a classic espresso or a creative latte, the drink menu has something for everyone. Their pastries & light bites are equally impressive, making it a great spot for a quick snack or a leisurely brunch. What truly sets Crew Collective & Café apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, & ready to help with a smile. Whether you're here for a casual coffee, a business meeting, or just to soak in the atmosphere, you'll feel welcomed & well taken care of. In short, Crew Collective & Café is a must-visit destination for coffee lovers, architecture enthusiasts, & anyone looking for a fantastic café experience. I can't recommend it highly enough! ---
There's no doubt the space is stunning & the service is brilliant but I was CO-WORKING there using one of the booths (you can rent by the hour) it has no door & no ceiling so you can basically hear everything in the space, also the fact that no one monitors the booths so I am pretty sure there were people in it before me that didn't pay. I would say go for a coffee but if you want quiet non disturbing space to work this isn't the place. Especially with all the tourists going through.
Just go... Honestly you will not be disappointed. This building is epic, stunning architecture, gorgeous design. Sympathetically turned into a boutique cafe. With stunning food & fabulous coffee. Great seating to suit all needs, low chairs, desks, sofas... Staff were super friendly & bilingual which helps London born tourists. Thank you for an epic morning, it's so appreciated.

Stunning space & cool concept - it unfortunately took us 30 minutes in line to get to the point where we ordered our coffee. After another 15-20 minutes we ended up leaving without getting our coffee as people who were 5 spots ahead of us in line had STILL not been served. Not properly staffed & it was extremely frustrating to see employees continuing on at a glacial pace while seemingly not caring one bit that they were wasting other people's time.
Truly a stunning interior & delicious coffee. There was a long wait (~20 min) for my coffee after ordering, so be conscious of that.
