Crêperie Chez Suzette is described as a popular Old Montreal spot with a wide range of crepes and fondue, generous portions, and friendly, attentive service, and the atmosphere is often noted as cozy and relaxed with windows that add charm. Guests frequently call the food delicious and the staff welcoming, and many appreciate gluten free options and a menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dessert, though some visits are marked by higher prices, occasional slow or uneven service, and a few bland or overcooked dishes. Overall, the reviews suggest a warm, crowd pleasing experience that invites return to try more items and share a fondue or a dessert crepe with family or friends.
Absolutely one of my favorite places in Old Montreal for crepes. Lots of creativity, delicious toppings & lots of choices.
Service was great & attentive. It's a little cramped in some parts of the restaurant & the restrooms are challenging to get to but overall I'd go back over & over again without hesitation.
We had the savory crepe which was tasteless, & could hardly cut through the asparagus, although the sweet one was very good. The fellow who served us seemed in a rush, asking us how was the food, but just rushed by while asking & then went out side for a cigarette. A bit disappointing all in all.

They have great customer service. I always order their s'mores crepe because it's so good & marshmallowy! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes something chocolatey!
The service here was fast & friendly. We were trying to speak in French, but everyone just reverted to English, which is fine.
The food was amazing. I had La Parisienne which was really good, & my husband had the Nutella-Banana-Strawberry crêpes, which were divine.
Only downside was that there was so much space, so many beautiful window spots & dècor, but we were put in a rather plain room with little to no view of rue St. Paul & no dècor or ambiance. But the food more than made up for it!
Loved this place - the crepes were excellent & the service great. It was so much better than the horrible experience at Moldavie we had in Old Montreal & a much better price as well
The crepes were delicious. I had the salmon crepe for savory & the apple crepe for dessert. Both were fantastic. Especially loved that the apple crepe because it was not overly sweetened; I did not feel too guilty eating it even though it was enormous & had a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Totally satisfying meal-Merci! 🙂
