Wait time was very short even though there were queues out on to the street. I had the yangchao fried rice & general tao chicken, the fried rice was very light on soy sauce compared to yangchao from other places which actually tasted better in my opinion. The chicken was very nice as well & the staff were very quick with unlimited ice water refills & quick service.
Actually the worst food place I have ever been. The food was genuinely disgusting & made me so sick after the fact. The service was also super mid & the prices are terrible when you factor in how absolutely horrendous the food was. Honestly ruined my whole trip & I'm so serious about that. My stomach has still not recovered multiple days later.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY GOOD REVIEWS. This place is genuinely gross. The worst Chinese food I've ever had in my entire life & I eat a lot of Chinese food. Out of my entire group of 4 every dish was barely edible, the sauce & seasonings were horrid like worse quality than some microwave meat in ketchup. Service was weirdly slow which is also so weird for a Chinese restaurant. & for Chinatown it's kind of pricey, so there is actually not a redeemable quality. I came here due to the good ratings but I think it's because they give people a free dessert for reviews, & I guess people are already there so might as well subject others to this slop for a free banana. But if I save even one person from coming here & having a horrible meal I will be happy. Also- the toilet was clogged so we couldn't even use the bathroom in the 40 minutes it took to bring out our noodles, this didn't actually matter but kind of funny that they managed to mess that up too.
Absolutely delicious food; it's alwayssssss consistently amazing. Lots of vegan options too! My fave is the wood ear mushroom spicy salad & the potato, eggplant & peppers 😍 but you can't go wrong with anything. Best Chinese resto in the city!
The service was very slow. The dishes came out one at a time, to the point where we had already finished eating one dish before the next arrived. It made the whole meal feel disconnected & unsatisfying.
Unfortunately, most of the dishes were overly salty as well.
What really disappointed us was the customer service. When we politely mentioned that the food was too salty, the server responded with'So?'. In addition, when we asked what was the hold up with the food, the lady server said'it's in the kitchen' which came across as dismissive & unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant, & I would not recommend this restaurant.
