I've been to hundreds of restaurants around the world, & I honestly can't remember the last time I experienced such warm & genuine hospitality.

The food was absolutely wonderful, but what truly made this birthday dinner special was the incredible attention to detail &, above all, my server, Margaux. She patiently answered all my questions about the menu, explained everything so thoughtfully, & even remembered & pronounced my name perfectly.

After dinner, while I was enjoying my tea, she surprised me with a beautiful cheesecake for my birthday. She had thought of every little detail - even choosing cheesecake over ice cream because she considered that I might want to take dessert home. She truly adds so much to the restaurant.

Thank you so much, Margaux, & everyone who took care of me, for making my birthday evening so special. I'll remember it for a long time! ❤?

Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au Kyo Bar Japonais. L'endroit est vraiment très beau, autant au niveau du décor que de l'ambiance. C'est le genre d'endroit où on se sent vraiment bien dès qu'on arrive.

Les plats que nous avons pris étaient excellents. Tout était très bien exécuté, avec de bonnes saveurs & beaucoup de goût. Les sushis sont bons également, mais je les trouve plutôt dans la moyenne comparativement au reste du menu. C'est probablement ma seule petite critique. Personnellement, je trouve que les autres plats sont beaucoup plus intéressants à découvrir & c'est vraiment là que le restaurant se démarque.

L'ambiance est superbe, le décor est magnifique & le service était très bien. Nous y sommes allés à un moment où il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde, donc je ne peux pas vraiment juger le service pendant les heures de pointe, mais pour notre expérience, tout s'est très bien passé.

Une très belle découverte & définitivement un endroit où je retournerais!

Food was incredible, the meat was cooked to perfection (had yakitori & beef Tataki & both were juicy & delicious). Seasoning was great, sake was great, & the staff were attentive even though it was quite busy.

Super expérience en amoureux , service très attentionné d'Edouard , plats de qualité servis dans une ambiance chaleureuse & décontracté . Nous avons adorés les dumplings Gyoza, les sushis de pétoncles flambées à l'orange & le poulet texturé miel sriracha. Nous reviendrons avec nos enfants & c'est à quelques pas du métro .

Surprised how good this food was. Looking for lighter options I chose the salmon spring roll & the gindara. Both were a bit different & amazing. The spring roll was like a salad in rice paper, which for someone who loves greens, was fabulous & somehow quite rich. The black cod was so gourmet & all the elements had a slightly different yet complimentary flavor; the code was perfect as were the vegetables but for me the standout was the mushrooms & whatever umami flavors were added. I had no reservation but they had a place at the bar which was quite pleasant this busy Saturday in late August. The bartender who took my order & who was very busy making gorgeous drinks was somehow perfectly attentive & professional as were the other staff interacted with. Really exceeded expectations for service & taste.
