mexican(41) concha(29) pastries(27) bread(27) mexico(24) patisserie(22) muerto(22) bakery(22) dulce(16) horchata(16) leche(13) tamales(13)We did a workshop on how to make Pan de Muerto & it was a really beautiful experience. Mariana, the owner, is delightful & not only makes the experience of learning baking fun, but also explains the Mexican history & symbolism behind what you are making. Highly recommend. Our bread turned out beautiful & delicious.
A little piece of Mexico in Montreal! ❤️ What a delicious bread! I tried the pan de muerto, it was definitely like eating it in Mexico, the flavor is amazing, extremely soft. I tried the chocolate one which was amazing. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely go back to try the other options. Ale was at the counter, she is amazing! It was my first time there, she was very friendly & guided me through the options. Great attitude!✨
This place is a gem. Absolutely delicious & authentic Oaxaca pastries, great coffees, horchata & Mexican hot chocolate. Incredibly friendly service & they will explain all of their delicious treats to you. Definitely worth a visit!
Tout est frais & délicieux! Les conchas goûtent comme au Mexique! 💕
Carlota Boulangerie Mexicaine is a wonderful little jewel that I happened to come across. I visit my pharmacist every month & decided to treat myself to something from here ... just a little pick me up to celebrate life ... today the person behind the counter gifted me from their side to my monthly treat & it was the most lovely exchange I had. The baked items are heavenly & if you see the picture ... I'd eaten half before I even finished crossing the street!!
Such a beautiful quaint Mexican bakery with delicious pan dulce & a flavorful dirty horchata! Friendly service all around! I look forward to visiting again!
Je suis allée aujourd'hui pour la première fois & certainement pas la dernière! Tout est très frais & le personnel est très sympathique. Tout était délicieux, mais je dois mentionner la danoise à la goyave qui est juste wow!!!
Carlota Boulangerie Mexicaine in Montreal was a delightful & unexpected find for us as Mexicans. My wife booked a baking class to make Conchas, & while I didn't participate, I got to enjoy the results, & wow, they were the best Conchas I've ever tasted, hands down. The flavor, texture, & authenticity were spot on, bringing back the taste of home in every bite. We also tried some other bread from Carlota, & everything was absolutely delicious. As a Mexican, it's heartwarming to see our gastronomy so well represented abroad. Carlota Boulangerie is a must visit if you're in Montreal & craving an authentic taste of Mexico.
Excellent endroit, j'y suis allé plusieurs fois c'était toujours délicieux
I love this bakery/cafe! Everyone is so friendly & welcoming. Their coffee is delicious & the authentic Mexican pastries are even better. I just had their in house baked rosemary/oregano bread for the first time today & I can't stop eating it. So fresh & full of herbs, I'm obsessed.. 100/10
I love this place. Last time they recommended me danish which was amazing-the cream cheese & jam inside was soooo good. I visited again, to try different one. I told them I don't like sugary thing, & I bought a corn muffins which was SO GOOD. Even amazing cookie was on them. I love this place!!!!!!

Vraiment superbe petite boulangerie mexicaine !
