Review Summary

CA LEM Crèmerie Creamery draws praise for a playful, ever-changing flavor lineup that includes vegan and lactose-free options and a mix of light, creamy textures. Reviewers point to standout flavors such as pandan coco, lemon yuzu sorbet, watermelon swirl, taro, mango gelato, and lime mojito, with some rotations like Dubai chocolate keeping the menu exciting. The shop is described as busy at times with long lines, but staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient in serving guests. Some comments note that the overall flavor selection can feel limited compared to other spots, and a few batches are described as ordinary or not very decadent. The location near the old port and the option to pair ice cream with bubble tea are seen as pluses, and many appreciate the fresh, light, and refreshing profiles ideal for hot days. Overall, the experience is viewed as worth a visit by many, with strong service and a variety of flavors, though expectations about variety and value can vary.

I bought ice cream here multiple times over the summer when I needed a sweet treat to cool off from the summer heat. I was always happy with their ice cream flavors!

Tried the watermelon swirl at Calem Creamery & it absolutely lived up to the hype. The combo of strawberry sorbet & honeydew soft serve is light, fruity, & perfectly creamy. It's the kind of dessert that feels refreshing, not heavy - ideal for a hot Montreal day. Bonus: it's beautiful enough to post, & the staff were super sweet. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavours!

The line was crazy long but the employee was scooping out flavours fast!

Loved it!
I ordered the melon ice cream. Yummy yummy. Not too sweet. Just about right.
My friend ordered the boba & taro flavor, also lychee. They were all good.

Finally got around to trying CA LEM before the weather gets cold! I was excited to try their weekly special flavor (vanilla & brown sugar boba with a tapioca topping) & it certainly lived up to the hype. Their soft serve is creamy & not too sweet but definitely delicious, I'd definitely recommend the next time you're in need of a sweet treat!

They have a great selection of flavours including some asian-inspired ones. We tried the strawberry lychee & peach grapefruit sorbet, the combinations worked so well together & were so fruity & delicious. My brother had the lychee ice cream & that was a miss, it tasted too artificial & sweet.

I ask for twist of two flavor, but she cannot make it, kind of disappointed because I was attracted by its presentations. The ube & mango flavor are ok, kind of too sweet.

Their soft serve flavor of the week was strawberry sorbet & honeydew melon. It was refreshing & not overly sweet which was lovely. Would be even better if they had multiple softserve flavours available at same time instead of on rotation.
