I felt like I was in a classic Parisian bakery all over again.
Ordered online for pick up. Super nicely portioned pastries. I got the chocolatine, almond croissant, & an apple/raspberry. They were all really good, flavourful, & a nice crunch.
Pastries are good however not the best croissants I've had. This one had a nice chew to it. The chausson aux pommes were ok would not get that again.
Amazing pastries, & respectable bread. Everyone there is super nice. For me the standouts so far are: croissants, flan, seven grain bread.
Great butter tasting in the pastries like the chocolatine, but unfortunately it seems that the baking schedule is inconsistent because some mornings the pastries are not yet baked & you get the prior day's baked goods (at least that's what appears to have been the case from one of my recent visits based on the texture of the chocolatine).
