I've been a regular customer at Bossa (Verdun location) & the food has been always on point. The meat has been consistently juicy & fresh! Today, I ordered two chicken cutlet sandwiches & my whole family was so disappointed because the chicken cutlet was so thin, all dried up, almost impossible to chew... we felt like chewing dried up leather 😂 I don't know if this is one time thing or the quality of the food is going down. We will see. Once having this kind of experience, it makes us hesitant to go back.

Hands down the best sandwich in Montreal. The Verdun location is very tight, you are better off with take-out, or go to their Mason location where you have seating options. Other than that, everything is prefect & tasty!
