Downtown Montreal is home to a brand new occupant, and we’re here to have a good time. A social lounge, an artisan bar and a modern bistro, Bivouac provides an urban and boreal gastronomic experience to all who pass through its doors.

Here, the objective is simple: to introduce guests to a whole new world of tastes and sensations. Taking advantage of the best that the Quebec region and its artisans have to offer.

Located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel on the 6th floor of Complexe Desjardins.
In summer, the Bivouac Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and is perfectly located to enjoy the lively Place des Festivals. In winter, the Refuges du Bivouac offer to set up a camp for an evening under a beautifully decorated and heated dome that can accommodate up to 10 people, in the heart of the entertainment district.

Je n'y étais pas retourné depuis la pandémie. WoW & WoW beau travaux de rénovation. Moderne & sophistiqué.

Oh! mariage de saveurs exquis. Succulente tarte fine aux légumes du soleil & risotto d'épeautre crémeux à souhait. Partie remise pour le dessert. Très bon service de la part de Claude.

Encore une fois très satisfaits de la qualité de la nourriture & du service. Cependant, le réseau Internet n'était pas accessible. Celui de l'hôtel cependant l'était mais on nous en a refusé l'accès. Ce qui était un peu embêtant puisque, pendant le repas, nous avions à gérer une urgence. Nous avons nous débrouiller par nous-même pour trouver une autre option.
