Review Summary

Overall, Bistro Grace earns high marks for outstanding food and a cozy yet upscale atmosphere, with warm and attentive service that makes for a welcoming experience. Reviews describe flavorful, beautifully presented dishes and a memorable dessert lineup, including a cherry pie that far exceeds its photos. The staff are consistently praised for knowledge and attentiveness, reinforcing the sense of a refined, hospitable dining environment and making it ideal for a special night out. Instances of inconsistency and slower service surface in some visits, particularly when crowds or staffing are tight, and a few patrons feel that certain items are overpriced relative to value. Some guests highlight the West Island location as a hidden gem and express a strong desire to return, while others note mixed experiences with drinks and overall value. This blend of standout cuisine and variable service keeps Bistro Grace regarded as a wow worthy option with caveats to consider.

Absolutely loved this place.
Hidden gem in the west island. I can't wait to return.
Started with halloumi cheese appetizer served with figs & nuts, & main was sea bass with a very nice bottle of wine recommended by out waitress. No pictures but we really loved the food, loved the atmosphere ( awesome music too) & service was perfect.
Highly recommend 👌
Thank you!

Absolute hidden gem in the West Island! Very simple but flavourful dishes with fresh, quality ingredients! Had the salmon tartare which was spectacular, & be sure to try the banana cream cheesecake &/or crispy hot cherry pie for dessert!

We were not expecting what we got which was impeccably prepared food & the best run kitchen to dining service I have seen. The menu has standard fare for the less adventurous, but the seasonal menu keeps this resto current & appealing for different palates & preferences...no we did not get the mac n cheese, but I'm sure it was great. Looks like chef Paolo runs a tight ship & his clean cooking & plating style are top notch in the west island. We had such a great time that we drank far too much & we left the car & took a cab home. Perhaps we should have left a note on the dash bc we got a $80 ticket. I guess the local police prefer us to take risks.. totally not the restos fault, but hope this makes them aware. Cars parked overnight may not be loitering. We may just be trying to do the right thing.

Some highs & lows. The hostess/bartender was rude, not friendly at all, she could certainly ruin the experience for people.
Now for the food, the mushroom goat cheese app was amazing, total crave worthy. I ordered the chicken as my main, terrible, it was swimming in a brown gravy maybe 3-4 ounces of chicken, I should’ve ordered something else. Had the cherry pie for dessert, was simple but very good!
Restaurant could use some additional decor, you feel like you’re in a store front also the noise level gets awkward.
