Pho Binh is hands down worth the one-hour drive, & it has quickly become one of our go-to spots. Having visited several times, we've explored a large portion of the menu, & every single meal has been consistently exceptional.
The Tonkinoise soup features a rich, deeply aromatic broth that feels authentic & comforting. The combo rice & specials with rice are always generous, well-seasoned, & perfectly executed, while their weekend specials bring exciting variety. A standout favorite is the grilled beef in betel leaves-tender, smoky, & packed with incredible herbaceous flavor.
No visit is complete without a sweet finish. Ending the meal with their rich, creamy Vietnamese iced coffee & crispy, perfectly prepared fried ice cream makes for an unforgettable dining experience.
If you appreciate vibrant flavors, generous portions, & great quality, this place is well worth the trip!

Bien que le bouillon du ph? manque un peu de saveur à notre goût, le bún bò Hu? est très savoureux & délicieux, même s'il reste un peu trop épicé pour moi. L'espace est assez spacieux, propre, & l'équipe est chaleureuse & rapide. Une bonne adresse à découvrir !

Delicious! We enjoyed everything we've tried here so far which includes the pho, the combos with shrimp, chicken &/or beef & the appetizer soups. Very fragrant pho, portion sizes are perfect, price is good. 100% recommendation. Cash or debit only. Bring your own wine of you want to drink.

Soupes généreuses même en format L.
Prix corrects & service sympathique.
De gros efforts à faire sur l'hygiène par contre.
Sol très très sale, toilettes sales, portes noircies, couloirs encombrés…
Ça ne rassure pas vraiment sur l'hygiène de la cuisine :(

Got the pho dac biet & it did not disappoint. Prices are really which feels rare these days lol. Kinda has that cozy home cooked feel to it, not trying to be fancy. Great pho for the price, would go back
