Absolutely love this place, having being going since they first opened. Love to see them being successful.
Having lived overseas many years with access to excellent Vietnamese food, as well as having travelled there, this restaurant is legit.
excellent vietnamese cuisine with vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients & unique dishes.
Authentic Vietnamese restaurant in the West Island. Ingredients were fresh & the pho soup specialty was truly exceptional. The establishment was clean & well organized. The service was notably quick & efficient. The staff & owner were very friendly & helpful. Highly recommended.
I've been looking for an authentic Vietnamese spot in the West Island, & Pho Binh absolutely THE BEST!!! The broth is rich, flavorful, & clearly simmered with care. Portions are generous, & everything tastes fresh, from the herbs to the perfectly cooked noodles.
I also tried the spring rolls & vermicelli dishes - both were delicious, well-seasoned, & beautifully presented. The dipping sauces are spot-on.
The service was friendly & fast, even during busy hours. The place is casual but clean & cozy, with a very relaxed vibe.
Definitely a hidden gem for anyone craving legit Vietnamese comfort food without having to drive downtown. Highly recommend if you're in West Island
Definitely my go-to Vietnamese restaurant! Their pho is my absolute favorite, so flavorful & comforting every time. The service is always wonderful too, the staff are so kind & friendly. If you're craving Vietnamese, this is the spot. 😋
The dishes here are excellent! Full of flavor & made with care. The staff is always super nice & welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely my go-to spot for Vietnamese food in St. Charles!
Went for dinner with the family. We ordered cold rolls, spring rolls, soup, noodles & vermicelli with chicken. All very delicious. For dessert we ordered deep fried ice cream & the restaurant treated us to another one. Would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant.
The food is amazing, though different people have different tastes in food, this isn't the'fancy' &'authentic' way of cooking pho, but I think it resembles street food, but with much more quality. Due to inflation, the meat cuts progressively got smaller & thinner, that's not their fault. My family & I have been regularly visiting this restaurant for over 2 years I would say, & this is definitely the best Vietnamese cuisine in Montreal. The services are great, all the waiters & waitresses seemed very nice & experienced, nothing else to comment here. The atmosphere feels like it's missing something, & the restaurant is quite small for this much demand. I can understand the situation but the restaurant closes very often due to lack of staff.
The food hit the spot! I ordered an extra large pho dat biet (special) & polished it off in less than 10 mins. I don't live anywhere close to a Vietnamese restaurant hence taking a chance & stopping by for a quick bite was the best decision I made this week!
So being vietnamese, pho is simply a stable in our culture. Montreal does have quite a bit of competition in terms of pho restaurants. That being said, we bought some pho for dinner expecting just another week night meal being checked off. I was proven wrong within the first slurp of their broth. Flavourful, complex & rich. I devoured my bowl within a few minutes, lifting my head every once in a while, only to attend to my basic need of breathing. This place is your quintessential family-run vietnamese restaurant. A must try if you are in the area, & like vietnamese food. We would be happy to add them as part of our restaurant routine going forward.
Went with my 7 year old daughter last weekend. Had the weekend special spicy soup with beef, vietnamese ham & pork (17$, available only on weekends). It was one of the best soups I have ever had. The beef Pho that my daughter ordered was delicious as well, but the spicy soup was the winner by a landslide. I will be back guaranteed.
Decent food, but nice service & good viet options. The portions for the pho are a bit small. The bowl in the picture that we ordered was a large, which would normally be a medium.
Apart from that, the food did taste good. The staff were all friendly.
Worth a visit if you’re craving some Vietnamese.
My favourite Pho spot in the West Island. The soup is great, the restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is ok. Overall, highly recommended if you're in the mood for Vietnamese food.
