On décrit Bistro Grace comme un endroit beau, cosy et raffiné avec des plats exceptionnels et un service attentif, bien que les vendredis très fréquentés nécessitent une réservation et que le parking soit limité, ce qui pousse souvent à se garer dans la rue; la salle peut être assez bruyante et certains visiteurs estiment que le service peut être plus lent lorsque le restaurant est plein, même si le remplissage des verres et d'autres détails est bien géré; le menu au tableau présente des plats saisonniers ou hebdomadaires et le service du pain est mémorable, avec des plats comme le saumon et une viande tendre qui reçoivent des compliments pour leur douceur et leur saveur; certains avis notent une excellente valeur lorsque la nourriture est constamment excellente, tandis que quelques expériences signalent une cohérence variable et des déceptions occasionnelles comme des boissons qui ne répondent pas aux attentes ou un rythme inégal; néanmoins, beaucoup considèrent Bistro Grace comme une perle cachée dans l'ouest de l'île et prévoient d'y revenir pour l'ambiance chaleureuse, la présentation soignée des plats et l'hospitalité.
A hidden gem in the West Island. Crab cakes were delicious & paired well with it's side. The pan seared sea bass was excellent & I would recommend the 14oz. rib-eye steak. The homemade banana cream cheesecake was on point & very flavorful.

Visited Bistro Grace on a Friday night, & thankfully I made a reservation in advance because the place was pretty much fully booked.
First, I want to mention the parking situation. Our reservation was for 7, & the parking lot is very small-there was literally no space available, so we had to park on the street.
When we were seated, I noticed my last name written on the table, which was a very nice & thoughtful touch. Service overall was good & professional. However, for the price you pay, they seem a bit understaffed. The restaurant is small enough that you can get your server's attention, but some service details were slightly lacking. That said, the person refilling water was 10/10-super attentive.
Another thing worth mentioning is the noise level. It can get very loud, making it hard to have a conversation. It would be nice if they added some kind of soundproofing or noise-reduction panels. The restaurant is beautiful & the food is excellent, but the loud atmosphere takes away from the experience a bit.
As for the food-everything was excellent. I had the salmon, & my partner ordered the 1855 Black Angus, which literally melted in your mouth. It was incredibly soft & juicy-spectacular. The bread service is a must-try; we're still thinking about it! I also loved the'blackboard' menu featuring seasonal or weekly specials-very unique & a nice touch.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but I would definitely go back because the food was exceptional.
Everything was a hit! Our waitress Olivia was an absolute pleasure! She took care of us from A to Z & really provided an amazing experience. She was so sweet & funny & made our girls night so enjoyable! The Food was amazing & the ambience felt cozy but classy! Super restaurant will definitely be back!
The vibe was warm & inviting. The staff were friendly & service was top notch. The food was simply SPECTACULAR - there is no better word! This picture of the cherry pie does not do it justice. It was incredible. Will definitely be back.
I'm a first-time visitor & the service was exceptional. The cozy ambiance & delicious food made it a great experience. I'd definitely recommend it & plan to return.
Went to this restaurant for the first & last time. I was with a group, & we wanted to add three more people, but they said no & made them sit separately from the rest of us. Other restaurants always find ways to make customers happy - not this one.
The food was good & the staff were friendly, but there weren't enough of them, so everything took forever - even just getting water & (bread which you have to pay for). The drinks were terrible; they clearly don't know how to make them.
We also went for a birthday, & after asking whose birthday it was, they did absolutely nothing. It honestly felt like they just wanted us to leave. Terrible customer service, especially from the owner. Very disappointing experience.
Absolutely loved this place.
Hidden gem in the west island. I can't wait to return.
Started with halloumi cheese appetizer served with figs & nuts, & main was sea bass with a very nice bottle of wine recommended by out waitress. No pictures but we really loved the food, loved the atmosphere ( awesome music too) & service was perfect.

Bistro Grace is a wonderful gem in the West Island for fine dining. The food is exceptional - every dish is beautifully presented & bursting with flavour. The service is impeccable, with staff who are attentive, knowledgeable, & welcoming. It's the perfect spot for a special night out or a memorable meal. Highly recommend!
Absolute hidden gem in the West Island! Very simple but flavourful dishes with fresh, quality ingredients! Had the salmon tartare which was spectacular, & be sure to try the banana cream cheesecake &/or crispy hot cherry pie for dessert!
