Bevo Pizzeria is a warm, welcoming spot in Old Montreal where wood-fired pizzas with thin crusts, fresh toppings, and flavorful pastas and arancini regularly impress, and the cocktails and drinks are often a highlight. The atmosphere is described as cozy and lively with multi-level seating and a pleasant terrace that makes it a great choice for families, groups, or a relaxed date night. Service is repeatedly praised for being fast, attentive, and friendly, with staff offering thoughtful recommendations and making guests feel at home. The value is consistently noted for quality ingredients and generous portions, and the menu's variety, including vegetarian options, keeps diners satisfied. While a few reviews mention occasional slow billing or a dish that falls short for particular tastes, the overall sentiment is that Bevo Pizzeria is a standout destination for pizza lovers and Italian comfort food in Montreal.
We were there on a Saturday night. What a great place. We sat at the bar & all the bar staff were so friendly. The service was quick & the pizza was excellent. Perfect size that you can eat the whole thing & light enough that you don't feel bloated afterwards.
Nous avons dîné entre collègues & tout était délicieux. Nous avons également participé à un atelier pour faire notre propre pizza avec le chef - super expérience!
The beet salad was delicious. Clam pasta portion was very small. We ordered focaccia & got cut up pizza crust….. was odd & expensive, if they didnt have focaccia they could have just said so!
This place is a must to stop by for the food, ambience & amazing customer service. Rebecca was so attentive, friendly & made our experience unforgettably awesome.

Bevo Bar & Pizzeria is a quaint, welcoming spot that's ideal for a relaxed drink in Quebec. The atmosphere is cosy & calm, making it a great place to unwind.
The service was outstanding. We were looked after by Abrah-Jeanne, who was absolutely lovely. She spoke both French & English fluently, made us feel genuinely welcome, & delivered exceptional customer service. She even took the time to write us a list of recommended places to visit in Montreal, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We also tried the arancino balls, which were delicious & freshly made. If you're looking for a chilled drink in a friendly setting with excellent service, Bevo is well worth a visit - & hopefully you'll be served by Abrah too!

The restaurant & location are the star, & the food is okay at best. Had a caprese pizza that was fairly dry & a gnocchi that's sauce tasted like Primo sauce out of a can (which I couldn't stomach to finish).
Everyone else, out of a party of 8, all found their food to be okay but nowhere near worthy of the hype we heard around the place.
We had a wonderful time here. We stopped in on a rainy summer afternoon & were welcomed by very friendly staff. The drinks were amazing, the pizza was delicious, & the bruschetta was outstanding. We truly loved the experience.
We were served within 15 minutes of dining in for dinner, leading up to peak dinner hours. The restaurant is multiple levels. We were seated on the top floor overlooking the brick pizza oven, which was a perfect view. The food was served hot, & they have a nice variety of Italian cuisine favorites on the menu, as well as some of their own twists on pizzas. The gnocchi was delicious. The marinara sauce was simply average. However, the cocktails were funky & fun, & arguably the best part of the menu. I would highly recommend for fast & attentive service.
