We were served within 15 minutes of dining in for dinner, leading up to peak dinner hours. The restaurant is multiple levels. We were seated on the top floor overlooking the brick pizza oven, which was a perfect view. The food was served hot, & they have a nice variety of Italian cuisine favorites on the menu, as well as some of their own twists on pizzas. The gnocchi was delicious. The marinara sauce was simply average. However, the cocktails were funky & fun, & arguably the best part of the menu. I would highly recommend for fast & attentive service.

What a great dining experience in the heart of Old Montreal on Boxing Day.
From the moment my wife & I walked in we were warmly greeted & sat down at our quaint little table looking out at Montreals historic snow covered street. Rebecca was our waitress & she was wonderful! She was patient & explained the menu perfectly.
The drinks were amazing too. The bartender was making holiday specialty drinks that were inventive & delicious.
The food was amazing. The pizza & the spinach stuffed ravioli in pesto were spot on for this Sicilian.
Highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience in one of the great cities of the world.
Beautiful interior & the view of the festive decorations outside made it very cozy, although tables were a comfortable distance apart. Some coat hooks. Seemed to be mostly high tables downstairs, & washrooms appeared to be up a central staircase. Excellent service. The BARBABIETOLE salad was fantastic - highly recommend as a winter salad if you enjoy beets & pears.
Bevo was a big surprise during our trip in Montreal! We were supposed to go to another spot for dinner that had a bit of a strange menu & stopped by at Bevo instead. The pizza was very good & the calamari was also great. We had great service & were sat quickly regardless of not having a reservation. I highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting Montreal.
We tried the pizza there, it was a real surprise, the flavour , the freshness & smokiness were really amazing, & great value for the price too, highly recommend.
Thanks to the sweet bald waiter who was serving us , (we sat outside) , he was really nice & sweet & made sure we got what we need & gave us some great recommendations.
First & foremost, what a beautiful location & restaurant.
Super clean & charming. Waiter was fantastic, I got charcuterie & a prosciutto pizza & they were amazing! Highly recommend for fellow pizza lovers, wood fired, thin, the way it's meant to be eaten.

I had the pleasure of being served by David during my visit, & I can honestly say he made the experience outstanding. From the moment we were seated, David was warm, professional, & attentive without ever being intrusive. He anticipated our needs, offered great recommendations, & ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. His friendly attitude & genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. It's rare to find service that feels both effortless & top-tier-David delivers exactly that. Highly recommend asking for him if you're dining in!a
We stopped by Beva Pizzeria during a day trip to Montréal from Toronto after seeing its solid reviews & reputation as a go-to spot for pizza. It's located in a busy, tourist-friendly area, so we figured it would be a safe, easy lunch option with decent quality. We were also pretty hungry, so pizza felt like the perfect pick.
Our server was friendly & welcoming, & when we asked for recommendations, he suggested their most popular pizza-the Cotto E Bocconcini-along with his personal favourite, the Parma In Bianco. Both came out relatively fast, which was a plus. Service overall was efficient & the atmosphere inside was actually quite nice: bright, warm, & cozy, which gave off a good first impression. The place was also relatively clean & dust free which is a big plus.
Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Both pizzas were, to be honest, very underwhelming. The Cotto E Bocconcini & the Parma In Bianco were extremely salty, & the cheese used didn't melt properly-it had a rubbery texture & sat on top of the crust in an unappetizing way. The overall flavour was flat, & the crust itself tasted bland & dry, especially around the edges where there was barely any sauce to bring it to life. It all came off tasting like cardboard. There was nothing satisfying or crave-worthy about either pizza, which is disappointing considering this place is literally known as a pizzeria.
We both had a hard time eating them, but since we were starving & didn't want to carry leftovers around for the rest of the day, my boyfriend ended up forcing his down. Unfortunately, he felt sick pretty much right after-which says a lot.
I'm honestly shocked at how highly rated this place is. I understand it's in a tourist-heavy area, & sometimes those spots can ride more on location than food quality, but still-it's surprising how off the mark both pizzas were. We really wanted to like it, especially with the friendly service & inviting atmosphere, but at the end of the day, if the food doesn't hold up, it's hard to justify a return visit. Not worth it for the price, & not something we'll be coming back for.
We made a reservation for 30 people, & every single one of our guests was delighted with the food. John's service was absolutely impeccable. We literally didn't want to leave! We loved the whole experience & are truly grateful to the entire team. Highly recommended!
Last night we have been to a Pizza making experience at Bevo's in Montreal's Old Port.
We had reserved our experience online & prepaid everything(including tip)
From the star, the young lady greeting us at the door was very pleasant.
(I hope I'm getting the names right)
We then had the pleasure to have Yanni as a waiter who took great care of us. Very nice, no rush, eager to please.
We were served
2 Giant meatballs:delicious
1 dish to share Rosée noodles: delicious
1 dish of olives(too salty) & different vegetables with something resembling melba toasts: my husband ate some, I didn't like it. Maybe it's an acquired taste.
Then we met the Chef Giovanni, very very nice & patient. Lovingly sharing his knowledge & love of making pizza.
We actually learned a lot.
We each made our own pizza the way we like it by choosing our own toppings & going ourselves being the counter & building our own pizza.
The cook then puts it in the stone oven an they then serve to us:Delicious
They top it off with a beautiful Nutella pizza: Delicious
The package included a glass of wine or drink.
We were also given a beautiful Bevo apron to take home:We liked that
I would highly recommend the whole experience, we both had great food & a great experience!

My son discovered this pizzeria during our last Montreal visit. Their pizzas are all great, but the FORMAGGIO DI CAPRA E SPINACI was our favorite. I highly recommend it if you're in Old Montreal.
Catherine was our waitress & she was awesone, great food, fast attentive service, & she even brought a suprise chocolate pie for my mom's birthday to us. Highly recommend!
What can I not say , I had such a great experience at bevo the food was delicious coming from an Italian I highly recommend it Rebecca was absolutely amazing the most efficient waitress I've seen in a long time & I've been in the hospitality industry quite awhile. Very nice spot for a date corporate lunch & dinner don't forget it's 2 floors I'll be back very soon thank you Rebecca & thank you bevo!
Loved everything about this place. Food is very delicious. My 2yr old child loved the Margarita pizza. They do have plenty of high chairs so families with kids can also enjoy their meal time. Loved the ambiance of the restaurant. Waiters were very friendly & accommodating. Highly recommended.
