On a trouvé cet endroit par hasard, parce que le café où on devait se rencontrer mon amie & moi n'avait pas assez de place pour s'asseoir.
J'ai pris le panini à la dinde, le géant biscuit aux pépites de chocolat, un petit dessert au citron (j'ai oublié le nom!) & un latté.
Tout était absolument délicieux! Le décor était charmant & le staff super gentil ☺?
Je vais probablement y retourner, comme c'est proche du musée Pointe-à-Callière & que j'y vais régulièrement!
Came here to study but was difficult because one of the workers was on her phone with the speaker on loud, so I can hear her loud conversation which the person on the other line was swearing lots. It's a shame because the coffee is really nice.
Une ambiance & un accueil chaleureux. J'ai eu la chance de manger une sandwich au boeuf avec des oignons caramélisés, c'était fantastique! J'ai hâte de revenir. Félicitations à toute l'équipe.
Love this place. Great variety of breakfast & lunch options. Fast service & courteous staff. Coffee is great too
The food is good & I've gotten great service whenever the young lady was working! But most times, other staff members are working, who act rude & unfriendly. I often find the milk to be bubbly & burnt. All in all, it's expensive for what it is, but a good last resort when in a hurry.
We had the sandwich combo. Such a great deal & delicious! Love the music too :)
Nice little shop - the sandwich has a generous portion size, big enough to share between two people. The sweet potato salad is fresh, & if you like American-style flavors, I'd recommend it.
If you are looking for great Italian food to go then this is your place. Fresh & authentic meats & cheeses - good bread. The long line of customers should tell you about this place.

Very disappointing second visit to this place.
We were there about a month ago & it was excellent!
We all ordered sandwiches & the older lady who works there, possibly one of the owners, was kind enough to make our five year old granddaughter, a tomato sandwich.
Yesterday we went back & the young girl working there refused to make the same tomato sandwich for the little one.
She said that the sandwiches were all premade.
I told her that I was aware but that last time they were able to accommodate our request. She said that she was to busy & she would only do it if we came back after the rush.
So we left & went to another sandwich place that was more than willing to satisfy the needs of a five year old.
Someone needs to give that young lady some customer service training.
It's a shame but despite the excellent food, we will not be back.
Food - 4/5 - I got the smoked meat sandwich/panini as I vowed to get a'Montreal' smoked meat sandwich on my visit. It was good. Smoked meat isnt my go to however as some of the other items sounded/looked delicious. Quote a few varieties of sandwiches to pick from. Not sure if you can customize your sandwich as they were premade.
Service - 3/5 - Service is minimal at Bello as you order at the counter & they provide you a tray for your food. Sandwich was quickly ready as it was premade & just needed to be panini pressed. I was a bit disappointed by the soda selection as multiple kinds were unavailable.
Atmosphere - I enjoyed their decor & music. Was very warm & welcoming.
Overall - I enjoyed my experience at Bello. I suggest trying them out of you are visiting Old Montreal / Old Port & want a quick sandwich.

Chicken Brie sandwich is the best in the world! That sandwich is one of the sole reasons I travel to MTL - best deli in old Montreal!🩷
Appropriate music wonderful environment. Staff was very friendly. Food was delish! Don't let the price scare you it was amazing. Would come back again 100%!
