Souper de groupe samedi le 25 octobre , service très lent & le staff semblais mal organiser. Pour les plats , ouf déception total surtout au prix qu'il vendent. Tartare de saumon sans aucun goût , menu pour enfant sans accompagnement. Ils accompagnes tous les plats avec énormément de frites pour faire oublié le manque de finition. Les minis burger sont servir sans rien , pas de laitue , pas de tomate , pas de sauce rien que du pain & une boulette. Très décevant. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Accompagnement tu tartares semblait avoir été fait par un enfant de 5 ans.

Super bon service & j'ai adoré le service de la serveuse & du chef, car je voulais de la poutine & il n'y en avait pas dans le menu. Alors j'ai dit à la serveuse que j'aimerais avoir une poutine avec de la viande & elle en a discuté avec son équipe & voilà, quand elle a eu le ok, elle m'a suggéré une sorte de viande & en plus, elle m'a dit le prix qui était de 34$, mais j'ai très appréciée son geste & ça en valait la peine de demander gentillement à la serveuse & même, le chef est venu me la porter en personne. Il était fier & j'en suis fière aussi. Merci beaucoup. Je vous le recommande.

I love this grillhouse, but I asked for a well-done steak & received one that was undercooked & bloody. It gave me food poisoning, & I ended up in the emergency room. I'm fine now, but I can only recommend the ribs.

Food was ok, it shows that this is a big chain, everything is ok but not incredible, no real seasoning, coleslaw was a lot better after i added salt & pepper. Ribs were tender but IF it was « grilled » it sure wasn't enough, only sauce & no bark, so not the best ribs. Lobster tail also was… bland, no real taste even with the butter. Fries were almost stale, like it was old fries. Chocolate cake was absolutely disgusting, it's made without flour so don't expect a « cake » properly speaking. Service & atmosphere were good. So for a 65$ for the ribs & lobster tail i was not very pleased. I do not recommend.

We had an amazing dining experience at Baton Rouge. Despite the holiday rush, the staff was attentive, friendly, & made us feel welcome. The highlight of our meal was the black cod plate-it was absolutely perfect! The fish was cooked to perfection, tender, flaky, & bursting with flavor. Highly recommend!

Repas Uber livré rapidement mais la qualité des plats est ordinaire! Le bol Lotus est très cher à 28$!!! Côtes levées & poitrine de poulet à 37$, pêle- mêle avec les frites dans le plat! Prix très chers pour des items livrés! Nous ne recommandons pas ce resto lorsque vous commandez Uber ou autre livraison. Les plats ne valent pas ceux qu'on vous sert quand vous allez en salle à manger. Du Bâton-Rouge à la maison, une expérience ordinaire! 👎 Allez plutôt manger au restaurant!!!

Came here for our Christmas work lunch. The service was great & the portions seemed to be quite large. We ordered the burger & the chicken fingers & fries. The chicken fingers & fries were enough for 3 people! Huge portions. Good flavour & the overall experience was very good. Definitely recommend! Don't forget to follow me.

Excellent service & great quality food. We sat in the bar area which has more a lounge feeling than a restaurant. The menu has many options from steak to salads. I enjoyed a healthy option which was packed with fresh fish & vegetables. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

We were a group of 7 last night celebrating our 11 year old son's birthday. We had an amazing time. The atmosphère was fun & festive. Everyone that works there from front réception to the Manager were smiling, kind & respectful. The food was great with a lot of new menu items. But the best part of the evening was our server ANNIE. She is amazing! She took such great care of us ....giving us hands down the best service we could ever hope for. We highly recommend this place. When you go, please ask for Annie! 😀
