We had lunch here at Bâton Rouge Laval. The spinach dip was disgusting, we returned it & they did not charge us for it. We ordered fish & chip, it was full of batter & the fish was way to over cooked. The chicken salad also had to much extra batter on the chicken but I can say the service & the waitress we had was excellent. Will I return? No, thank you.

We visited for a weekday lunch with a group of five & were seated quickly. The staff was very warm & attentive. However, the food didn't quite match the quality of the service. We began with their soup of the day, which was excessively salty, almost like drinking soy sauce directly; I ended up just eating a few of the tomatoes from the soup. On a brighter note, the platter was an improvement over the soup. The grilled shrimp was decent, & the lobster was quite tasty.
Came here for our Christmas work lunch. The service was great & the portions seemed to be quite large. We ordered the burger & the chicken fingers & fries. The chicken fingers & fries were enough for 3 people! Huge portions. Good flavour & the overall experience was very good. Definitely recommend! Don't forget to follow me.
Excellent service & great quality food. We sat in the bar area which has more a lounge feeling than a restaurant. The menu has many options from steak to salads. I enjoyed a healthy option which was packed with fresh fish & vegetables. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
There were 7 plates
3 of us got the regular burger (the first one on the menu)
2 kids got the kids' spaghettis
1 got the chicken tenders
& the last got the steak chimichuri
The service was good
I didn't see the bill, but I'm sure it was easily over $200 after taxes & tips, which with the portions is not bad at all.
It was a nice lunch, but that was mostly because of the company.

Went to BR in Laval for business lunch on Tuesday November 1st. Was quiet & seated quickly in a booth. We were 3 people. In a couple of minutes after being seated we were greeted by our waitress who was cheerful & asked us if we wanted a drink so we ordered Caesars. They were delicious & quickly drank lol. After that we decided on some appetizers so we tried the fried shrimp in general tao sauce - OMG so delicious & good portion plate for the value too! As mains we ordered the BR burger with fries; the spicy burger with sweet potato fries(found burger to be on dry side); & bavet de boeuf with chimichurri & veggies only. Everything was delicious but the person who got the bavet was surprised how small the steak was - half a palm of your hand! He was still hungry after eating his meal lol Anyways we had coffee only no dessert as we were in a rush. Overall the service was amazing & on par - always around & refilling our soft drinks as they were free refills too which is nice offering. Food was good too!. Would definitely return for the shrimps!
I had never been to this location. Met a good friend of mine for lunch. Service was top notch & food was delicious. I will definitely go back should I be in this area again.
I took my mother & my sister for lunch there for Mother's Day. We were seated at a table with other tables around us. I went to the bathroom & noticed there were 2 booths available & I asked if we could move to the booths & they let us. The staff was very friendly.
We didn't wait long for our meals & the food was delicious! One of the managers/owner (I assume) was giving out roses for Mother's Day & gave my mother one.
I would definitely go back to Bâton Rouge (Laval) again.

You can't go wrong @Baton Rouge! If you love meat with a nice dining experience, this is the place! The food, specifically the ribs, are delicious! Albeit a little on the pricier side, it's well worth it!
We were there for lunch (the lunch menu runs until 3pm, a little less expensive), the waitress who served us was very polite & friendly & the resto is very clean. Our food arrived in good timing & everyone enjoyed their food (ribs, steak, burger were what we had).
I eat here quite often for a nice treat & would suggest Baton Rouge to anyone who enjoys good food & service!
