Was really busy & cold draft I was wearing my coat then my boyfriend ended up putting his coat on also.. I was happy with my food. B
Ribs but chicken wings I didn't like wasn't crunchy & my bfs steak was cooked to long & there was so many ppl) he didn't say anything so wasn't the best experience next time we will go in day time
Shame on me I did not take any photo. Had a very mixed of food this time. Soup of day was a delicious carrot soup. Chicken wings, Rib steak & Ribs with the famous all dressed baked potato with 2 cocktails. Still one of my favorite places to dinner.

We have a reservation today January 31 at 19:00 , we arrived on time & as you see in the photo , they have no place & we have to wait for 20 minutes (their excuse there were a lot of walk in customers ) what is the point of reservation if you accept walk in customer , lovely kind of service , will see how the dinner go & update ,thanks
Update , the waiter were very rude & give us an attitude with no reason , I noticed they are overwhelmed but still that is an excuse that shouldn't be accepted in such industry.
I don't want to set any other expectation, will wait & see the rest of the night .
Order arrive after 40 minutes!!
Wife ordered steak medium well & she got it well done !!! Wait another 15 minutes to get her another one .

Nous avons eu un souper en groupe hier soir ici. Tout était super, la nourriture, le service impeccable. Notre serveur était honnête, il a su bien nous conseiller sur les meilleures options au menu. On a adoré la sangria blanche, les linguini fruits de mer, le burger poulet, le steak, & le cheesecake!
I love this grillhouse, but I asked for a well-done steak & received one that was undercooked & bloody. It gave me food poisoning, & I ended up in the emergency room. I'm fine now, but I can only recommend the ribs.

I always come back to this Branch in Carrefour laval, because food has been good everytime I have eat there.

I've been to this particular baton rouge multiple times & there always seems to be an issue with something. I ordered a steak with a Caesar salad on the side & the steak was medium rare & charred on the outside just the way I like it. it was absolutely delicious & tender but the Caesar salad was a real letdown. the lettuce looked fresh at the top but as you ate it you saw the brown soggy lettuce on the bottom. I don't know about you, but I really like my Caesar salad with my steak. The greens that accommodated the steak were actually delicious even though I'm not a fan of greens.
The food was good I liked our choices. They just made a mistake on the doneness of our steaks, my husband ordered a med rare & they brought a well done , same for mine was not exactly what I asked. Besides that the services was good & their portions are also very filling so I think it's worth it. The Lobster was very tasty.
This is not my usual experience at this location. We were a larger group so it's understandable that there would be one or two mistakes. They ignored us the whole time, no water refill no bread, nothing. The food also took an unusually long time to come, from what they told us they forgot one of the orders so they left all of our food in the oven or under warming lights until they prepared the order they forgot. The result was that everyone who ordered a steak (all medium rare) ended up coming almost well done & a little dry. Nothing was done to correct the situation & barely a curt apology.

Steak trop cuit (avions demandé saignant), filets de poulet presque froids & sauce dijonnaise croûtée sur le dessus. C'est comme si les assiettes avaient été préparées trop rapidement & laissées sous un réchaud de longues minutes avant de les servir. Décevant. Bâton Rouge était meilleur avant & les prix plus raisonnables.
Le bâton rouge se distingue de la majorité des steakhouse tant au niveau de la qualité que de la fraicheur & des choix d'accompagnement autant que les choix de plats principals. Malgré que cela soit une franchise, la qualité de leur nourriture y est de qualité & délicieuse. Nous avons pris le filet mignon & homard a 64$. Peut-être trouver vous ça cher? Au contraire allez comparer la majorité des chaines, par rapport au qualité-prix. Les portions sont immenses alors vous en avez pour votre argent. Tout y était succulent autant le filet mignon a la cuisson parfait (medium saignant), que le homard accompagné de son beurre. Le choix de légumes est de loin le meilleur que j'ai eu plaisir de goûter & diversifiée en comparaison avec les autres. Madisons & le reste de chaines comparables devraient prendre exemple du choix de menu & de qualité. La patate au four était parfaite avec la crème sûre, le fromage & le bacon. La salade césar est inclus quand vous prenez le filet mignon & homard ensemble. La taille de celle ci est immense & je n'exagère même pas sans parler de la fraîcheur, très goûteux, pas de photo désolé. Comme entrée nous avons pris, la trempette d'artichauts qui est selon moi un de leur meilleur succès, goûtez y & vous verrez. Le service était impeccable, l'ambiance rien de revolutionnaire, c'était tranquille mais sans plus. Bâton rouge ou Google a initialement supprimer mon commentaire positif je n'en ai aucune idée pourquoi.... Voila que j'ai perdu 2 photos additionnels mais bon voici mon commentaire 2.0. Je reccomande grandement la succursale du Carrefour Laval, les employés y sont accueillant & professionnels. Service impeccable & nourriture délicieuse autant que copieuses & gourmandes. On y retournera.
Excellent service & great quality food. We sat in the bar area which has more a lounge feeling than a restaurant. The menu has many options from steak to salads. I enjoyed a healthy option which was packed with fresh fish & vegetables. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
There were 7 plates
3 of us got the regular burger (the first one on the menu)
2 kids got the kids' spaghettis
1 got the chicken tenders
& the last got the steak chimichuri
The service was good
I didn't see the bill, but I'm sure it was easily over $200 after taxes & tips, which with the portions is not bad at all.
It was a nice lunch, but that was mostly because of the company.
Good food, slow service. Reserved 2 weeks in advance asking for a nice table (important business meeting). Wanted to seat us on regular chairs next to the kitchen... Argued my way to a better spot. OK place overall, steak was delicious, not enough staff for this time of the year it seemed.
Went to BR in Laval for business lunch on Tuesday November 1st. Was quiet & seated quickly in a booth. We were 3 people. In a couple of minutes after being seated we were greeted by our waitress who was cheerful & asked us if we wanted a drink so we ordered Caesars. They were delicious & quickly drank lol. After that we decided on some appetizers so we tried the fried shrimp in general tao sauce - OMG so delicious & good portion plate for the value too! As mains we ordered the BR burger with fries; the spicy burger with sweet potato fries(found burger to be on dry side); & bavet de boeuf with chimichurri & veggies only. Everything was delicious but the person who got the bavet was surprised how small the steak was - half a palm of your hand! He was still hungry after eating his meal lol Anyways we had coffee only no dessert as we were in a rush. Overall the service was amazing & on par - always around & refilling our soft drinks as they were free refills too which is nice offering. Food was good too!. Would definitely return for the shrimps!
