On Saturday March 17th we had an underwhelming experience at the Carrefour Laval location from our arrival to our departure. We had a reservation for 8 people at 18:00. When the two of us arrived we were brought to the wrong area of the restaurant where under large group were seating & with no seats available. We had to search the restaurant to find out the others of our group. Then we had to wait so long to get someone to come & serve us. We ordered our drinks & appetizers & waited a long time for them. In fact, we had to direct the server helpers to our table with the drinks & appetizers as they were trying to guess who ordered what at our table versus other tables nearby. The drinks & appetizers were fine however. Then we waited much longer to get our main plates. The same thing happened whereby the server helpers had no ideas you ordered what at our table versus other tables nearby. The food quality was really not what we had experienced with Baton Rouge previously, not to mentioned the temperature which was lukewarm at best. I have always had a good experience at Baton Rouge, this location & many others, but that night it wasn't a good one. Baton Rouge, you can do much better than that.
We went for my husband's birthday.I chose Baton Rouge for there onion soup, which I could not wait to have.Broth was very tasty but EXTREMELY salty which we could not eat.On to the main meal.The chicken tenders were melt in your mouth & the mashed potatoes were amazing.Service.was excellent , even though we must have had about 6 different ones.Cannot.wait.ro go back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I made a reservation expecting a basic level of organization & respect for customers' time, but instead I was left waiting 45 minutes past my reservation with no real explanation.
What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. Not only did they fail to acknowledge the inconvenience, but they were also rude & dismissive when I asked about my table. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, & not even a small gesture while we waited.
The whole situation felt very disorganized & driven by greed, as it seemed clear they were prioritizing squeezing in as many customers as possible rather than honoring reservations they had already accepted.
If you're going to take reservations, you should respect them. Unfortunately, this place showed very little respect for their customers' time or experience. I won't be returning

Une réservation à 7h30, une attente de 45 minutes & toujours aucune table de disponible! Quel est le point d'une réservation si vous entrer le walk in en même temps!

Le pire service qu'on a jamais eu dans un restaurant & la bouffe laisse à désirer! Je le recommande pas du tout! N.B : même avec une réservation, on a du attendre 1h avant d'avoir une table
Ne réservez pas à ce restaurant les samedis soirs. Vous allez attendre 1h avant d'avoir votre place. C'est carrément inutile.
Nous avons réservés à 18:30 pour 2! Des clients à l'accueil attendaient aussi & en se parlant, entre nous, certains ont réservés à 17h30 même....(Nous parlons ici autant de réservation à 2 personnes que de groupe de 5 à 10 personnes) À 19h, nous sommes parties.
Allez à celui du Faubourg Boisbriand Bâton Rouge, ils respectent votre réservation !
Si vous avez le goût de bonnes côtes levées, il est honnêtement difficile de faire mieux que ceux de Bâton rouge. Ils sont reconnu pour ça & ce n'est pas pour rien, elles sont vraiment délicieuses. Mention spéciale également pour leur poulet frit avec la sauce moutarde & miel.

Ribs but chicken wings I didn't like wasn't crunchy & my bfs steak was cooked to long & there was so many ppl) he didn't say anything so wasn't the best experience next time we will go in day time
Shame on me I did not take any photo. Had a very mixed of food this time. Soup of day was a delicious carrot soup. Chicken wings, Rib steak & Ribs with the famous all dressed baked potato with 2 cocktails. Still one of my favorite places to dinner.
We have a reservation today January 31 at 19:00 , we arrived on time & as you see in the photo , they have no place & we have to wait for 20 minutes (their excuse there were a lot of walk in customers ) what is the point of reservation if you accept walk in customer , lovely kind of service , will see how the dinner go & update ,thanks
Update , the waiter were very rude & give us an attitude with no reason , I noticed they are overwhelmed but still that is an excuse that shouldn't be accepted in such industry.
I don't want to set any other expectation, will wait & see the rest of the night .

Bon service mais moi, un restaurant qui ne me laisse pas le choix sur la machine Interac, je dois donner minimum 18% de pourboire, ne me revoit plus!! Au Québec on a le droit de laisser 15%, & vous me donner juste l'impression que je me fais fourrer quand je vais manger chez vous. Quand tu paies ton pain à l'ail 12$, imaginez le prix pour le reste du menu, un pourboire de 15% est très raisonnable! J'aurais peut-être donné 18%, mais laissez-moi le choix!! Nous n'y retournerons plus!
