I am very disappointed in that when I had made & written in my reservation that I was celebrating my 14th wedding anniversary on that date there was no mention of it from anyone from the restaurant staff, even at the reception when we walked in..The next time I will go to the Keg for the same meal choice (Prime Rib) for our next special occasion where the Keg ALWAYS ACKNOWLEDGES the occasion by the staff & in addition they always offer a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion..so in others words..... we will not be back.

I had a wonderful birthday here wasn't to busy the staff was friendly & very clean. I had the ribs & chicken absolutely loved it. Would certainly recommend if your In the area looking for an upscale steak house.
The waiter's sleeve almost touched my cole slaw when he was passing a plate to the person next to me. The wait staff should have served the ladies first
I called to make reservations & specifically asked for a booth cause I have children that fall off the chairs. The nice girl on the phone said, it's not a problem. Other times in the past I asked for booths, & I always got it. Tonight it was different. I got there & the girl in the front said there were no booths available. (This is at 5:30 pm) I explained that someone on the phone told me that it was reserved. A much older lady decided to attack in a condescending way infront of other strangers waiting & she said, " whoever told you that, doesn't know what they're saying". So for one, she is extremely rude. Go get an attitude check women. For two, she is degrading & insulting the young lady who I had originally spoke too. It must be a great work atmosphere working with a boss/manager like that. Wow..... Therefore we will never return. I rather go to decaire Baton Rouge where they respect their clients & staff members. Our waiter was super nice & helpful too I must add.
Had the Black cod. Very small portion for $34. Nowhere near the value or as good as the Ahi tuna salad. My bok choi was murdered...limp & lifeless, way overcooked.
We were a group of 4 ladies who looked forward to getting together & chatting. All was good until after dessert & coffee the waiter came over & cleared the hole table like hurry up it is time to go. There was no line up of people waiting for tables & a lot of empty tables so didn't feel the need to rush us out.
ORDERED SALMON & IT CAME BURN'T SO I HAD & IT BACK NO OFFER NOTHING FOR THE WAIT OR THE TROUBLE.. HOW CAN ANY CHEF BURN SALMON & I MEAN IT WAS BURNT TO A CRISP
waited too long after finishing main course for plates to be cleared, then ordering dessert took a long time, receiving dessert took a long time & waiting for bill (had to ask for it twice) took a long time- waitress was overwhelmed
