Vibey cocktail bar in the Old Port. Cocktail menu was very descriptive, the charcuterie was delicious & the owner was our server. He was very chill & attentive. Even though it was busy & they were getting ready for an event, there was no pressure to finish up early.

Creative, delicious, high-energy cocktail bar in the heart of the Old Port. The bartenders float easily between French & English, making it a great place for American tourists to visit if you so choose. Cocktails are very innovative & well-balanced, & the food we had that night, the product of a pop-up, was actually one of the best things we had during our time in Montreal. It is a small space but the layout makes it easy to navigate, & actually feels very cozy. The power to the area went out the night we were there & we actually continued to have a great time with the bartenders to the glow of our iPhone lights. Takes a special place & a special crew to do that. Can't wait to return.
Fantastic cocktail bar specializing in low(er) abv drinks. Really delicious, awesome vibe, & great merch. Who knew sherry-based drinks could be so delicious??? Do not miss - a great antidote to all the touristy stuff nearby.
Our bartender (Yousef) made our evening very enjoyable. very attentive, easy going & knowlegeable.
Ambience has a very chill vibe which we loved. The Coldroom, which I believe is owned by the same company, is nice, but more crowded & cramped. Bisou Bisou is a hidden gem. We felt very welcomed, & was a great way to end our week long vacation to Quebec city & Montreal. Hope to come back. Try the Stone fruit cocktail, & reverse manhattan.
This is an INCREDIBLE bar! We came in here just to check it out because it was across the street from our hotel & were blown away by our drinks. We ended up coming every night we were in town. Every cocktail (& mocktail) was incredible & better than any other we had in Montreal. I highly recommend making a stop here if you're nearby or far away. It's worth the trip!
I confess I was tempted to rate this place a 4 as the cocktails were kinda there for me, but on the other hand they were hosting a sherry cocktail contest & have a good vermouth program, so who am I to criticize? I guess a warning to the two fisted drinkers out there: this isn't really your bar.
We only had some bar snacks. The cheese was excellent though! Great fresh bread from a local coffee shop. The drinks are unique & delicious! Presentation is fun & interesting while not getting in the way of actually enjoying your drink. Fair mid-high end cocktail prices. Bar Tenders are great, knowledgeable & super friendly.
Such a cute cocktail bar. I wanted a more chill & curated spot to visit in Old Port & this place looked so cute plus had a great 5 à 7 menu. The cocktails were divine & the service was so friendly. Literally such a cute spot! Super chill & approachable. I loved the menu. So much to choose from!
We were lucky enough to be there without the crowd, so barmen could spend time with us to hear what we wanted to taste & find a cocktail that would deliver it - all 3 of us were pleased 100%. Thank you for the service, approach & atmosphere of that evening.

Très beau bar avec une belle sélection de cocktail & de vermouth! Il y a un petit menu de nourriture à partager. L'ambiance est très agréable & il y a des spéciaux pour les 5 a 7 très intéressant!
Superb cocktail bar in the Old Port. Super chill & welcoming with excellent service. Their signature drinks are well designed & the menu is great at explaining them. Not too loud, good music. Perfect for a drink, date, or outings with a few friends.
An interesting concept bar with spectacular service. The drinks are hit & miss, with some gems & some duds. This is a sherry & vermouth bar, so be prepared for lighter alcohol levels & some funky flavors. It has promise, but needs some tweaking with the cocktail menu. Also, the stairwell mirror one bad fall away from disaster...

Bisou bisou was an amazing experience. Our bartender Yousef was friendly & knowledgeable & truly made the experience worth it! He helped guide us to choosing the right cocktail that we were feeling & they were some of the best cocktails we've ever had. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
I have just had the most fantastic cocktail made by the owner of this bar when he was in Mexico City at Limantour. As a Negroni drinker, I've always dreamed of having a Negroni that had a slightly more subtle approach to the palette. This drink delivered on all of my desires & dreams. I can't wait to get to Montreal to visit this bar in person because the owner was terrific & made cocktails to match.
Truly the one of the best cocktail bar experiences I've ever had. Alex & Yousef were extraordinary hosts who treated us to incredible cocktails & service despite an incredibly busy night. I'm hoping this review gets out to everyone who thinks Cold room is worth the wait. Right across the street you'll find the warm cozy & groovy atmosphere that you're looking for.
