I really appreciated that everything was à la carte, & the cocktails were a definite plus, setting this lounge apart from others. Highly recommended!
Bartender was very friendly & accomodating to my cocktail requests. The digital menu you order your drinks off of is limited, but if you ask him in person he's welcome to any manner of customization you'd like
I ordered a custom Negroni (whisky instead of gin, dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth), highly recommend
This was one of the few lounges I've actually really liked -- at first I was a bit put off by the odd way that you order food (scanning a QR code; one item delivered at a time), but everything I had tasted great & it was a nice place to relax for 3 hours while my flight was delayed.
C'est le troisième lounge que nous avons visité à l'aéroport, & c'est le pire.
Je vais commencer directement par dire que ce n'est pas un buffet, mais plutôt un restaurant qui propose environ 5 à 6 plats principaux. De plus, si vous passez la commande à partir d'un seul téléphone, il n'est pas possible de choisir plusieurs plats différents.

The staffs were friendly & explained how to order through the QR Code. it's very small place & not enclosed. Few charging points were not working & I found a piece of plastic on my chicken soup!
Good experience at this lounge. à la carte system with great service & amazing bar. They have a small pod with ventilation in which to take meetings - huge plus for me.
ONly downside (hence 4 stars) is that you have to leave the lounge to access a bathroom (main airport bathroom).
God send after being stuck 5 hours in the domestic departures
Great experience with awesome staff. All of them were friendly & the service was top notch. Special thanks to all kitchen staff, Mahamadou & Melky for welcoming me & the amazing service. Definitely coming back soon.
Great relaxing music, comfortable seats & good coffee. I need nothing else.
Pretty nice lounge with good drinks & service. However waited two hours to get in while the lounge was empty.
Long wait times with only 3 people in front of myself, longer wait times to get food. Small servings, cold food that is supposed to be hot. Underwhelming at best. Skip this place, I won't be returning
I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews, I had a great experience here.
From the moment I arrived, I was walked to my table & noticed how clean & well-kept the place was. The service was super fast, & since I went on December 31st, the lounge wasn't busy at all, there were hardly 10 people so it felt very relaxed.
I really enjoyed the food I ordered: the spinach eggplant lasagna, focaccia bread, hummus, & the chocolate orange cake were all delicious & fresh. I also had a wholesome conversation with the waitress, which made the experience even better.
My only small suggestion would be to add more dessert options if possible, but overall everything was great & I have no complaints. I'd definitely come back!
I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness of the place, the various seat options & the staff. I gave it a 4 star instead of five due to limited lunch options (it's kale sale or kale chicken salad or chicken again) & the inability to order more than 1 item at a time.
The lounge is quiet & table service makes the experience very restaurant-like. That said, the food is really sad & 3/6 of their coffee machines don't seem to work. Not a deal breaker for me, but the pilot ahead of me that tried to make the coffee machines work really seemed to need it, so Godspeed to that flight I guess.
Probably my worst lounge experience ever. Wait 45 minutes for food & after complaining to the staff the food that came was actually gross. Will never return here.
I waited 3.5 hours I went to check with the staff every hours & I was told I was the next one to be called & never did until 3.5 hours late I just got tired & my kids couldn't wait any longer to eat & went to eat somewhere else. I do not recommend this place the waiting time is ridiculous you can't be serious & make people wait this long.
Very substandard for an aspire lounge. Food & services were unacceptable for an Amex platinum customer. Very disappointing
No service at this lounge was on'wait list' for 2 hours & had to board my flight. YUL is also a shitty, overcrowded airport.
Unlike most lounges, this one isn't a buffet-style lounge. On top of that, you could only order ONE dish at a time & the kitchen was EXTREMELY slow. By the time we got our first dish, we had to board soon. (The dishes were quite small too). Our second dish literally arrived as we were putting our coats on because it took too long.
As for the food, the toast & oats were good but the omelet on the quinoa dish was literally refrigerated-cold. It wasn't even room temperature. My partner's scrambled egg was tasteless. I will say the presentation of the food was quite good though.
All in all, not a lounge I would go back to. Not worth the time or money.
The description of this lounge from American Express says beverage service starts at 10:00am. I was surprised that beverages were not offered by 10:15, so I asked a member of staff, who told me they do not start until 11:00am! In Montreal of all places!
