My absolute favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke, no contest. Food is fantastic, service is fast & they explain the dishes to you & so you can pair the perfect wine with it. Cocktails are excellent.

Truly a check all the boxes dining experience! We began with delicious homemade rolls, had 2 appetizers, each unique & delicious, shared a dinner (that was pre-divided & beautifully presented on two separate plates), two glasses of wine, a local beer that was fantastic, shared an amazing dessert, two cappuccinos & an expresso with an amaro. The vibe is perfect, the space is both beautiful & laid out perfectly, the wait staff is knowledgeable & thoughtful. Little touches (like the way to silverware was laid out for each course) just flowed along seamlessly.

Megan made sure that my wife & myself felt like royalty for our wedding anniversary! The food was incredible & so where the cocktails & wine. Thank you to the whole staff for an unforgettable evening!

There are meals that satisfy, & then there are those that leave a lasting impression - my recent dinner at L'Antidote FoodLab in Sherbrooke was definitely the latter.

From the first bite to the last, every dish felt like a thoughtful expression of flavor & finesse. The foie gras with panisse was a standout - the rich, silky foie gras paired with the crispy, golden panisse was simply stunning with the rich blueberry flavor. It was the kind of dish that makes you pause for a moment, just to fully appreciate what's happening on your palate.

But what truly made the experience special was the overall attention to detail. Each plate was delicate yet full of bold, balanced flavors - clearly the work of a team that not only knows their craft but loves it.

A heartfelt thank you to Mathieu for his impeccable service. His passion for the food & wine shone through in every description, making the experience feel even more personal & engaging. It's always a pleasure to be guided by someone who genuinely cares about sharing the story behind what's on the plate.

An actual hidden gem, I'm not from this town. However, I was debating between this place or another two. Used the spin the wheel app to make my decision. & fate has landed on Antitode. From the service (thank you Gabriel) to the food, to the little details, to the beautiful plates, to the ambiance, well as the cleanliness! The toilet was sparkling. I loved every single dish. Every single bite was heavenly. Gabriel, our server was very knowledgeable, explanations of the dishes were professional. I even asked him to surprise me for my cocktail options since I'm not really a fan of wine. They do have a huge wine list. From what I noticed, every single team member was well mannered, qualified, & has profound professionalism. Mind you, I'm very picky with my food. As well as indecisive, however they have a very short menu so it was very easy for me to pick. I also worked in hospitality service. So I know you guys are doing something right. The lighting is very dim. To match its ambiance. So it's very hard to take pictures that do the restaurant some justice. If you're reading this review, & debating weather to go or not. I highly recommend. PS. Don't give up on finding the restaurant. It's quite hard to locate. Maybe because I'm not from this town. 5 stars all around.
