The fungi sandwich is certifiably mid. The Shakshouka, however, is pretty good. Coffee is hit or miss, but usually good. The vibe is 10/10. Too bad thy close at 4.View more
⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐?⭐? Amazing Spot!
AMEA Coffee is a hidden gem! Not only is the coffee fantastic, but they also have a bakery inside with delicious croissants, pizza, & a great variety of Mediterranean food. Everything we tried was fresh & full of flavor.
Huge thanks to NADIA for her warm hospitality & helping us choose the best items - her service was truly exceptional. Can't wait to go back!View more

Amea is a calm, hidden coffee shop with a lovely atmosphere.
The coffee was good, & the special brioche with cheese & cherry tomatoes was good.View more
Coffee & food was quite good. There was alot of space to sit althought it was a weekend & ordering there was very efficient.View more
Cozy looking place but didn't feel like it. Very crowded. No place to sit. Espresso was weak & dull, didn't have enough aroma. But the English breakfast tea was good. Service was lacking. Didn't even put the coffee in to go cups when asked for take out at the cash. They don't take Amex either.View more
Very nice cafe with nice atmosphere & amazing food!
The only thing I did not really like is their coffee. I tried both their iced & hot latte, but I found the taste of the coffee really bitter.
The rest of the food is really good!View more
Visited this place with my friends. The coffee was excellent, but the food was just okay. I did enjoy the pizza, though. Felt it was a bit on the pricey side.View more
Great coffee & pastries, great for chilling with friends & workingView more
This is a great'jewel' of a place to visit. Not directly on the street so you need to walk through the lobby. It has a great atrium & an abundance of unique seating zones. A great place to hang out with a great cup of coffee or 2! The pastries were great. A wonderful mix of people from students, to young professionals, to the seasoned wise! This was a great experience!View more
This place is gorgeous. Quite busy during lunch time but that's a given. My sister & I were kind of annoyed that it was so expensive, but when we started eating we understood why. It was worth every penny! Delicious & fresh flavors & fair portions. We had the kale salad & the shakshuka with coffees. Definitely coming back!View more
Food was good, but the area itself & layout was what I enjoyed the most so many different kinds of places to sit & eat, would come back just to sit & have a coffee to be honestView more

Great spot in the golden square mile for coffee or lunch. Plenty of space in a very special setting - definitely worth a visit!View more
Loved the food, coffee & experience. The strawberry pain dorée is a must try, very fresh, shakshouka was good too. Variety of options to choose from, Service was fast & waiters were very nice. Many seatings available on Sunday if you go before 10:30 am. Greenery & art all over the place which is also nice. It closes at 4 pm thats only the downside but otherwise I recommend it.View more
Nice place, but they forgot our order. Brunch food didn't taste good, pastries were okay. My fiancés eggs were undercooked. Disappointing as the ambience is great, but I highly suggest to only have coffee & sweets & not the food..View more
Very cool place for coffee & meals in the heart of Montreal!View more
Cool spot, decent food, some items are quite overpriced but can't expect less nowadays. Barista with pink hair is quite disrespectful. Pretty sure someone new was being trained & as though it looked like this barista in question was about to help & get plates, she came empty handed & just smiled at the newbie. (Even customers knew she needed plates, it was in the context). I was given a buzzer & it was not buzzing at all. I start realizing that it's been a while since i've ordered, so I check & the barista looks at me, saying that my number has been buzzing endlessly. I'm pretty sure anyone would've felt it buzzing being held in hand directly. Sure, my fault for not realizing any sooner, but that's not a problem to me. I would've gotten my coffee anyways. The buzzer itself could've had dead batteries or something but for her to say that it's been "buzzing forever" & shrug off a laugh while keeping her head down is what loses the charm & lowers the image of the place overall.View more
Such a beautiful ambiance ❤️great place to have coffee & the pizza is deliciousView more
Great place downtown Montreal. Good for coffee & lunch. 5 a 7 are great too when there is a DJ.View more
It's a self-service cafe/restaurant but the person serving me behind the counter gave me excellent recommendations for my first time here & I highly appreciated it! It truly elevated my experience & I'm so grateful! The blueberry almond croissant is amazing & hit the spot (not too sweet but excellent fresh texture) & I can't wait to try my crookie later! The coffee is good! I look forward to the opportunity to come back! 😊View more
Conveniently located downtown Montreal, it is a nice place to visit for breakfast, brunch, lunch or a coffee. Lots of room divided in different areas, so no worries to find a seating. We really enjoyed the « croque mademoiselle » for brunch with a nice latte. We'll be back to taste for items on the extended menu. Service was ok with the person that brought our plates, he seemed new & obviously lack experience in servicing. This is a self semi self service as you order at the counter & you get the coffee when it is ready while the food is brought to your table. Worth the detour!View more
The best croissants, coffees, pizzas & eclairs.. basically everything i tried i lovedView more
