The food tastes okay but the quality is not so good, usually when I eat at Italian restaurants if the pasta quality if good it doesn't bother my tummy but I think the pasta they use are not great, especially the spaghetti. I have a sensitive stomach but my partner doesn't.
But both of us had painful tummies & diarrhea later in the evening.
So I guess watch out …
Great food, great relaxed atmosphere, really poor service. Came here twice on my trip hoping the second time that it was just a one night fluke & excited to update my review to 5 stars. Sadly, I had to update down. After waiting over 10 minutes for a waiter to even approach us, we got attitude the entire time. In addition, the entire staff was just not on top of things. Asked for the same thing 4 times before receiving it (something as simple as salt & a side dip). Otherwise, definitely recommend for a very yummy pizza & pasta. Also, warning, the pizza is personal size so don't expect to share it (at least not with more than 1 person).
Authentic pizza & pasta - coming from an italian. Arancini was succulent & drinks too. Amazing service as well! I really recommend. 5/5.
We didn't expect such quality in a tourist town, for whatever reason. We were floored - chef brings out all the richness & beauty of flavor & texture to achieve perfect balance. Had appetizers - arancini & calamari - pizzas & pastas -rigatoni allá bomba!- & were sad both nights to have it end. Everything is smart without ego. The staff was accommodating, seems focused & joyful, as well. They do admire their chef, as they should!
Excellent service, kindness & very delicious food. I loved that sauce on the pasta I will return on my next visit
"The service was excellent, & the atmosphere was great. However, the portion sizes could be improved-if you're hungry, go for the pizzas, as the pasta dishes are quite small. The place is on the pricey side, but that's typical for the village."
The Gnocchi Al Pesto Genovese Pasta was really good, Margherita is especially flavourful. Service is quick & friendly, making it a great spot for a casual, delicious meal.
Delicious Pasta. Nice atmosphere. Manager was flexible & found a table for us even though they were very busy. Lastly, our server Danika was lovely...so friendly & helpful.
Had an excellent September Saturday dinner here. Had a 6:30p reservation for 4, we were seated right away on the beautiful outdoor back patio. Good 80ies & 90ies tunes going. Had an excellent, very attentive server. 3 of us had the pasta & one had the pizza, all super good. The gnocchi especially stood out. All in all, great place for dinner at Tremblant.
Best service. Best taste. So good pizza & pasta. Probably best in Mont Tremblant. Definitely recommend 1000000%. The staff was so good all of them ❤️.
This place is a tourist trap . We were a group of 7 for dinner the kids wanted pasta & pizza so we came here. As a fan of pizza & pasta myself having eaten in many excellent Italian restos I can say objectively that A Mano is probably one of the worst & here's why 1) the portion of pasta was flat out insulting considering the high cost. Now I understand that haute cuisine doesn't focus on quantity, rather quality is the aim. Well, the quality was that comparable to chef boyardee & I'm not even kidding. We ordered plain old spaghetti Bolognese with meatballs. The tomato sauce tasted like it came out of a can & the meatballs were very salty & I like salt. Not to mention they were very firm not like the spaghetti noodles which were the furthest thing from al dente. They tasted gummy... First time experiencing that. Nuf said about the pasta. 2) The lamb was poorly cooked the person who ate it ended up with a nice big raw piece of garlic in her mouth which tells me one thing. There was no marination of the lamb prior to cooking it. The garlic was thrown in ( raw) as an attempt to flavor the meat. Attempt failed. 3)The pizzas were okay. Not great, not particularly good either. The teens enjoyed the pepperoni & cheese pizzas they had. Fair enough 4)The adults had the americana I believe. They barely had enough sauce on them & the toppings were scarce. The crust was good but again over 30$ a pizza, you need to do better. A lot better. 5) the Ceasar salad was kinda mushy. Lettuce was on the soft side & had way too much dressing on it. Instead the focus was a piece of grilled lemon on the side , an attempt at art... But this resto staple which can be so easily executed failed miserably Our waiter was ok, nothing less nothing more. I don't recall him returning to the table after a few bites to ask us how we were enjoying our food . In the end we left the place feeling like a bunch of suckers who just got duped. I don't mind paying for food but this was painful I honestly don't get why there are many good reviews. Next time we go to tremblant we will pack our lunch.
The food was delicious! This was the only place where we found good vegetarian options in the village. Our server was very friendly & offered suggestions in selecting the drinks & food. Their pasta was incredibly delicious. The prices are a little on the higher side.
Really not impressed with the food & service at A Mano. We went here saturday night of the long weekend we had dinner reservations for 6 pm. We were planning to stay a while getting drinks & food for our friends bachelorette we were a group of 10 aka we are spending money... Everyone got drinks, pitchers & food so the table brought in enough money. The server Nicholas was very pushy in wanting us to order right away kept coming back & pestering us. My friend & myself got the fettuccini a la vodka add chicken. When I received my dish, I was wondering where the other half of the pasta was? for my pasta dish that was half a dish big didn't come with bread & one drink costed me 62$ with tip. The pasta was very bland, nothing special, the chicken was an extra 9$!!!! & didn't even come cut up inside the pasta dish i had to cut it & mix it myself. Then we had some girls still drinking their sangria & the pitchers were halfway done & he says i'm not trying to rush you guys but i have a table coming for 8. He rushed us out even after we paid he came & grabbed the glasses from our table literally making us feel rushed out. I would never go back there for the price & feeling rushed the whole time the atmosphere wasn't what we hoped for & the service sucked. Food wasn't anything special & overpriced.
Ordered Pizza Méditerranée, Pasta with Wild Shrimp. Service was great, food was great.
Charcuterie was subpar. Pasta was nowhere near the quality required to be at that price point. Faux upscale.
Came here for dinner with my family last week. We shared the antipasti, had some pizzas & pasta with a lovely bottle of red. Food was delicious & service was excellent.
Unfortunately we had a second not so great experience. We were 9. 4 of us gluten free. Cold pizza. Undercooked pizza. Hard pasta. Last time we came it was bad. This time worse. Not sure what you need to do to make a better experience. 2 glasses of wine were bad. (Obvious vinegar) 1st glass & 3rd. I would bet you tried again to see if we would notice. Guess what we did. Calling my wife out saying it was same bottle as the second glass…. Buddy you ain’t married are you. You can’t try that stuff. Grandpa stood up for us & probably would of ate his cold pasta. You honestly ruined our tremblant experience & they should probably revoke your license as your mismanagement or poor service would probably ruin repeat business on the hill. Do better. Be better. Don’t serve undercooked food & wine that has been open for months. Perhaps figure out a way to make better pasta for $40 a plate. We’re quite frustrated. Out table of 9 with 3 kids spent close to $900 & the above is what we have to show for it. Perhaps chose a different spot for dinner. Buyer beware. See my other reviews to see my balanced opinion.
We really enjoyed our food to the max!
The pastas & wooden pizzas were amazing!
The team if very professional & attentive!
The vibes are great!
They also have a gluten free option (pizzas & Pastas)
Loved the place !!!!!
Food was a a mix of bland & flavourful. I got the Bruschetta & Vodka Fettuccini. Bruschetta had lovely fresh tomatoes but was lacking any sort of flavour to the dish. The Fettuccini honestly just tasted like pasta water, however I had some bites of a few other dishes - Gnocchi & Pistachio pastas, they were delicious!! My partner ordered Carpaccio which was amazing, highly recommend. The desserts were also great, but the cheesecake crust almost had to be chiseled off.
The entire party we were dining with was French speaking with the exception of myself. I felt a very distinct shift in attitude/energy towards my service versus my counterparts, despite my best efforts at ordering as much in French as I could to hopefully lighten the mood. This was very disappointing & made me feel out of place, an inconvenience.
All in all we enjoyed the experience, drinks, atmosphere. I do recommend checking it out at least once!
