Inside is a traditional brasserie & bar vibe, outside is a nice street scene. Our food, sadly, was very average. Nice range of beers. I enjoyed the amber. We had poutine which was good, not great. The burgers were disappointing, over cooked & dry. The service was friendly & responsive. I'd say go for a beer, drinks & some snacks.
Great place great beer but what make the difference in this building is marina the bartender & also annabelle that is Amazing very nice place to enjoy old port with a good -great vibe 😎
Pretty much like any resto bar. Food was fine, nothing to write home about but good. Service was quite excellent.
This is a chained brewpub. This location is located in a very busy touristy street. It has a fast pace & busy vibe. A good place to enjoy cold beers, bar fare, & people watch.
Thanks . Great beer. Best service in montreal. We always sit at the bar. Cheers marina
We had lunch at this # Brasseurs location on St-Paul E. in Old Montreal on Thursday May 2, 2024. We choose this because we had a very good time at the other on on Rue de St-Denis on Tue 4/30/24. We had just completed a 2-1/2 hr walking tour that ended near here. So exploring is thirsty work & it was lunch time. Big brewpub with 2 levels. The upper level was hosting about 100 high school students on a field trip. We sat at the bar & were immediately acknowledged by the busy bartender, Marina. She brought menus & waters & took our drink orders. I had a spicy Bloody Maria ($6.75) & my bride had a white wine ($10). I had a loaded, juicy burger w/ frites ($20) & she had the chicken Caesar salad ($16). Well prepared, burger hot & salad cold-perfect. Our second time at a 3 Brasseurs was a relaxing experience after exploring Vieux Montreal. Thank you & Merci to Marina & the staff. Nick & Liz, Albany, NY USA
I would not recommend sitting at the bar, The beer is amazing. It's a shame I can't speak to the food because while I wanted to order, the bar staff did not look or speak to us unless a beer was empty. There was a bartender behind the bar the entire time who spoke to only one patron the entire time we were there. The other one who actually did speak to us was incredibly busy serving the bar tables.

Service wasn't great. The waitress was quite rude when I asked why she charged us extra for guacamole while I was only asking a question, I tell her it's my fault & hadn't heard properly & I thank her once we paid & she walks off with a very forced & annoyed smile. The guy working at the bar seemed a little out of it & he would get irritated whenever customers would cheer for the football game playing on the screens. These workers definitely looked overworked & close to done, but I've worked long hours in restaurants before & it shouldn't be an excuse for this behaviour. Also I did notice how there was actually no real bartender. Or at least the night I went. Go to belle & la boeuf, the shots are cheaper & the service is 10x better. Food is all the same.
Food was not that great, & they barely have any vegetarian options. I ordered a 1.5ltr pitcher of beer & Fries & ended up paying $60, super expensive.
Bar staff were brilliant, even though they were very busy our server was always on hand to top us up!
Beer was great, food was good. Came here for my bday & they even gave me a little shout-out from the bar, great experience.
