Had the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant here. This was my second time visiting Montreal, & I have never had an experience as bad as this one. To preface, I have worked in food service for many years, & I understand how busy it can be, mistakes happen, & that no one is perfect. With that being said, this was completely unacceptable. My family & I ordered, & it took us nearly two hours to receive our food. All of the tables surrounding got their food before us, even though they had been seated & ordered a while after us. We asked our server quite a few times about the food, after waiting over 45 minutes at this point, & she said she would check on it. After waiting another 30 minutes, we asked to speak to a manager (something I NEVER do). He didn't seem concerned, & him & the server were speaking about it, & our meals were forgotten (from what I gathered). They rushed it, but when it came out, my meal was wrong. There was no apology. No compensation, aside offering a nonalcoholic beverage or fries to snack on. We just wanted our meals at this point. We had to leave, as we had tickets to something, & so when my meal was wrong, we just told them forget it (I'd get ice cream somewhere for my meal at this point). They said they'd take it off the check. It was never taken off. I had to chase the server down so she could take it off. While yes, it was busy, no other table around us was there this long, & we watched multiple parties eat & leave. It was incredibly frustrating. Really wish we could've gotten some form of price compensation, or at the very LEAST, & apology. & yes, we still tipped.
Toujours bonne bière, bon repas. Service tres lent, j'ai du courir pour payer ma facture. Serveur oublié d'apportez commande des amis. Aller au bar chercher votre consommation va plus vite que d'attendre serveur.
We came in to watch a WC cup game with my mobility-impaired grandfather. The whole staff were very helpful in helping him up & down the stairs & Daniel specifically made sure he was always catered to. Could not recommend it enough

Wir haben an diesem Ort einen schönen Abend an der Bar verbracht. Das Bier war sehr gut gekühlt, und es gab eine sehr große Auswahl an verschiedenen Sorten vom Zapf. Das Personal war nett und freundlich. Wir wurden gut bedient und haben uns wohlgefühlt.
We went twice this week to this 3 brasseurs branch & both times the services was bad.
On both occasions the service was very slow & it took forever to get us our drinks, let alone the food.
The second time we visited, we weren't even served cutleries, napkins or plates with our appetizer….
& to top it off we were seated on the second floor where there's no AC it was really hot…
Also if you're ever ordering food from this restaurant, avoid the pizzas because they're really not good.
Great place, but parking can be a problem. Food & atmosphere was good, lots of seating (has a second floor area). Went with a sport team, so service was a little chaotic & bills were a little messed up, but it all got sorted out. Definitely would go back
