2nd time I got to this restaurant and never again. Service sucked big time. We arrived at 18:30 for a Bday party (16 people). We were brought downstairs where ONLY one waiter was catering to 32 people. After ordering our cocktails, entrees and main dish, we received our entrees around 8pm...and our main dish arrived at 9:10pm....way too long in between services... Never again.

The front entrance looks like a library. The restaurant is cold, I kept my coat on. The ravioli Human is over cooked. The general TAO was also over cooked and dry. The server has no personality and did not smile at all. Would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

We were 3 couples, ambiance and design absolutely beautiful. Staff very professional and friendly. We had the filet mignon which was extremely tender and cooked to perfection. So was the seafood platter. The only very small problem was the rack of lambs. We asked for them to be medium rare but received medium well. But was tasty...Dessert they ran out of cheesecake but was replaced with chocolate fodue. Delicious. The only think we found pricy was the coffee. $4 for a cup of regular coffee? Was a bit high. We strongly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

La nourriture est bonne et le personnel sont gentilles et efficaces. Je remarque que les planchers n'ont pas ete lavees. J'y suis allee trois fois cette semaine et la situation est la meme, il semble avoir un laisser aller par le nouveau propriétaire.il faudrait qu'il y voit car les gens comme moi ne seront plus intéressée d'y retourner. Il n'a plus d'hôtesse pour nous recevoir et les tables vides ne sont plus dressées d'avance. Il semble que le nouveau propriétaire s'occupe de ceci maintenant. Dois-je commencer a m'inquiéter? Je donne un 5etoiles au personnel et un 3 pour la propreté.
