The place is clean, cozy, & the staff are super friendly. I love that you can choose the type of noodles for your dish, & they make them fresh like right in front of you thanks to open kitchen concept which is really cool to see.
The noodles are perfectly chewy, & the broth is clear but packed with flavor-you can tell they use a lot of bones to get that rich taste.
I ordered a combo, the portion & quality are great with the price, lots of meat & the soup was tasty, too. The restaurant is really nice & clean. Will definitely come back.

Quelle merveilleuse découverte ! Nous étions intrigué par ce nouveau restaurant & quelle belle surprise. La nourriture est riche en saveur, les employés sont souriants & extrêmement serviable. Le nom de la devanture est extrêmement bien choisi on se sent vraiment chez nouilles. Un grand merci au chef qui est venu courir sous la pluie pour nous ramener une entrée que nous avions oublié de prendre.
I went to a hand-pulled noodle restaurant today & was truly impressed! The two servers were incredibly friendly & attentive throughout the entire meal, making the experience very comfortable & enjoyable. The owner was also very warm & welcoming, always smiling-it's clear they really care about their business.
Not only is the service excellent, but the overall atmosphere is also relaxing & pleasant. You can really feel the heart behind this team. A place like this is bound to succeed!
