We are a noodle restaurant specializing in Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles from China. We prepare fresh noodles on site, served with our carefully simmered beef broth cooked for ten hours. The broth is both delicious and nourishing, and the noodles are firm and springy. We offer more than ten different noodle flavors, including soup noodles and mixed noodles, with options featuring beef, chicken, pork, and more. We also serve other traditional Chinese specialties such as stuffed crepes (jianbing guozi) and cold noodles (liangpi). Our priority is to offer speed, convenience, and great taste. Every customer is welcomed as a valued guest!

As someone of Asian descent, I truly felt at home with the flavors at Chez Nouilles.
The food was incredibly flavorful & authentic. The service was excellent, & the staff were friendly & welcoming.
The restaurant is also very clean & has a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious & authentic noodles! 😌🤍✨?

These are authentic Chinese food! Beef broth is very umami. Handmade noodles are very chewy. Restaurant is clean & culturally decorated. Super fast service & Waiter is kind & professional. Highly recommended if you want to taste authentic Chinese cuisine.
