We are a noodle restaurant specializing in Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles from China. We prepare fresh noodles on site, served with our carefully simmered beef broth cooked for ten hours. The broth is both delicious and nourishing, and the noodles are firm and springy. We offer more than ten different noodle flavors, including soup noodles and mixed noodles, with options featuring beef, chicken, pork, and more. We also serve other traditional Chinese specialties such as stuffed crepes (jianbing guozi) and cold noodles (liangpi). Our priority is to offer speed, convenience, and great taste. Every customer is welcomed as a valued guest!

These are authentic Chinese food! Beef broth is very umami. Handmade noodles are very chewy. Restaurant is clean & culturally decorated. Super fast service & Waiter is kind & professional. Highly recommended if you want to taste authentic Chinese cuisine.

Delicious chinese hand pulled noodles & a selection of small appetizers. We tried the biang biang noodles, the crepe, the potato salad & the beef salad. Everything was flavorful & the noodles were perfectly chewy.

Not horrible, but we were disappointed. Other restaurants like nouilles de lanzhou or nouilles zhonghua are better for this style of noodles. The noodles had a huge variation in thickness (some were triple the size of others), the soup lacked flavour, & the beef didn't taste great either. The portion size & the chilli oil were great though.
