The food was great, & the waitresses were wonderful. However, the experience went downhill when I asked the male bartender/server for my receipt. He told me he had already thrown it away & couldn't retrieve it because the trash bin was full. When I asked for a duplicate, he claimed their modern POS system couldn't reprint one. I understand it was a busy night, but reprinting a receipt isn't rocket science if someone actually wants to help.

Expérience extrêmement décevante & surtout un manque de respect flagrant envers le client.
Nous avons passé notre commande & avons attendu près d'une heure. Pendant tout ce temps, nous avons constaté que des clients arrivés après nous étaient servis avant nous. Le serveur a même pris en charge une autre table arrivée plus tard & lui a indiqué qu'elle serait la prochaine, alors que nous attendions déjà depuis longtemps.
Le plus choquant est qu'à plusieurs reprises, le serveur nous a vus attendre, notamment lorsque nous nous sommes levés pour partir, & n'a absolument rien dit. Aucun « désolé », aucune explication, aucune tentative de vérifier notre commande ou de comprendre ce qui s'était passé. Il nous a simplement laissés partir.
Une erreur peut arriver dans un restaurant, mais ignorer complètement des clients pendant près d'une heure & ne même pas réagir lorsqu'ils quittent les lieux est inacceptable.
Nous sommes repartis sans notre commande, avec surtout le sentiment d'avoir été totalement méprisés en tant que clients. Ce n'est absolument pas le niveau de service que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'un établissement qui se veut professionnel. Donc je ne recommande pas !

Great family dinner at Pizzeria 900 after a full day in Tremblant! The ambiance was wonderful, the pizza was awesome & Ramon gave us an outstanding service. We will definitely be back next time we're in town! Good job!

Pizzeria No. 900 hits the spot if you want real deal wood-fired pizza. That crust comes out super soft with those perfect crispy charred spots, & the tomato sauce actually tastes like fresh tomatoes
