W&G est un grand restaurant méditerranéen sur deux étages avec deux terrasses ouvertes pour l’été. Un grand bar central est le point d’attraction du rez-de-chaussée tandis que la cuisine ouverte complète avec le four à pizza de brique est l'attraction principale en haut. W&G est reconnu pour ses pâtes fraîches, faites maison, ses délicieuses sauces traditionnelles et sa pizza à croûte mince. Il y a aussi une copieuse sélection de steaks, de veau et de fruits de mer. W&G sert le dîner et le souper chaque jour avec une table d'hôte disponible quotidiennement de $12 à $16 pour le dîner et commençant à 23 $ pour le souper. De plus, une sélection de pizza et de pâtes est disponible pour 10$ de 11h Jusqu'à 15h et après 22h chaque jour pour les soupers de fin de soirée après le hockey, un concert en ville ou avant la tournée des bars! W&G peut aussi accueillir des groupes et pouvons planifier votre party que vous soyez 10 personnes ou 300 personnes! Du lundi au vendredi, les clients peuvent profiter du 5 à 7 alors que les consommations sont 2 pour 1 dès 16h jusqu’à 20h. Pour poursuivre la soirée et accompagner votre repas, vous pourrez choisir de notre sélection de vins des plus élaborée en ville, composée d’importations privées aussi bien que des choix abordables. L’objectif est toujours de s’amuser au W&G, avec un DJ qui met tout pour raviver l’atmosphère les fins de semaines et pour les événements spéciaux. Il y a toujours de l’action au W&G!
Dans l'ensemble, Weinstein Gavino's est salué pour ses plats italiens de qualité, ses portions généreuses et ses pâtes fraîches, avec des favoris tels que le calamari, la burrata sur bruschetta, les arancini, les pâtes aux fruits de mer, l'osso buco et les pizzas, le tout dans une ambiance animée et accueillante du centre-ville accompagnée d'un pain servi avec de l'huile d'olive en entrée. Le service est fréquemment décrit comme chaleureux et attentif, et les choix de vins et de cocktails sont bien reçus, bien que plusieurs avis mentionnent des soirées très fréquentées, du bruit et un rythme parfois lent lors des périodes d'affluence ou des incohérences de service selon les visites.
Had a great time at W&G. I went with a couple of friends & we had a blast. It is a very nice place with impeccable service. Without any kidding this is the fastest service I've ever had. Less than 10 minutes after we (4 people) had ordered our food, the plates were already in front of us. The server always made sure everything was as we wanted & they were patient & didn't make us feel rushed when the time to order came. The food itself was quite good. I didn't order anything other than my main dish & that was more than enough to satisfy my needs. Well seasoned & beautifully presented plates were served & enjoyed at our table. The menu wasn't overwhelming. There were a lot of choices but never too much & everything seemed tasteful. It wasn't cold inside the restaurant & the bathrooms were perfectly clean. There's a lot of space as well which can be interesting for larger groups, which they seemed perfectly comfortable having. My meal, the gamberi macchiato, ended up costing 33$ & I had no entree or special drink, so I would say it is an affordable place to dine in for most. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to eat great Italian cuisine.
A Cozy Post-Christmas Italian Treat We visited this charming Italian restaurant the day after Christmas & were blown away by the festive decor twinkling lights & a snowman gave it a magical vibe. The warm welcome & cozy ambiance were just perfect. Our server, Alley, made the experience even better with her helpful recommendations & cheerful attitude. We started with drinks: the Quebec Sour & Montreal Mule, both a 10/10. For appetizers, the bruschetta & caprese were fresh & flavorful. The mains, Risotto Fungi di Bosco & Pollo Alla Sofia, were perfectly cooked & delicious. Finally, the tiramisu was light & heavenly. Amazing food, fantastic service, & festive vibes highly recommend this spot!

My family & I like to choose a restaurant to have a group dinner to close out vacations on a positive note. Since my friend was with us they had us choose one, & we liked the menu of this restaurant in particular, making a reservation for 4 on the Friday before our flight day. It was the best decision. Everything from the drinks, to the food, to the desserts, was absolutely delicious. Hot, fresh, & incredibly well portioned. Allergens were taken into consideration if needed, & we all absolutely cleared our plates. desserts were completely to die for, every single one of them. We would (& will) 100% come back again.
I called to make an order to go since i was in a hurry but unfortunately when I got there they had a miscommunication error & my food wasn't ready. They did offer me a complimentary drink for the extra wait time which was nice. But, for the price i paid the pasta was bland, undercooked & the sauce was super runny. Super disappointed since i loved this place for the quality to price ratio :(
Severing Staff is friendly & attentive! Had the best time on their patio in the rain people watching! Calamari was done perfectly & Cesare's where tasty! The Winnipeg crew will return again for more fun & drinks!!
Great place for a lunch or a dinner with large, fulfilling meals of Italian cuisine. The restaurant interior is beautiful, with a drinks bar in the middle & interesting interior design. There is even a way to see how pasta is made. If you come with a company, many tables on different levels of the restaurant. For sport lovers, some tables are beside TV screens. Overall, very place to visit for a good meal in the middle of the city.
The place had excellent food & the server had great recommendations & wasn't afraid to step up to the plate when I asked her to surprise me with a drink selection. To patio had a nice street view even if the street view wasn't all that nice, but it was entertaining. The inside noise level was very high so I do recommend sitting outside if you want to hold any sort of conversation. Get the tiramisu as it is tasty & the only dessert made in house.
We use to go very often! The dishes never desapoint you....besides delicious the portions are really big. The last week I've been there with my daughter & we shared a salad. I also had the minestrone. & the last weekend I've been there with my husband. He always order lasanha. By the way , when we met seven years ago, our second date was at Gavino's having that lasanha kkkk. Well, I tried the beef in citron the last time & that was very light & tasty. Service is always attentive, atmosphere great for eating & drinking, terraza busy & beautiful....this restaurant is one of my favorite spots at Crescent.

Service was top-notch, despite being very busy, the guy serving us was great & we were a table of 12. Everything came on time, & tasting great. Hot food is hot, cold drinks are cold. A glass of wine is a full glass of wine. I mean, these guys are doing everything right in every category. Will return for sure. Plus, they don't charge 3 arms & 5 legs 😁
Our waiter Joe was amazing! Exceptional service, my boyfriend & I were very impressed & satisfied. We couldn't believe it was only his second week working there, our experience was very enjoyable, down to every detail! This is our third time coming here & definitely not the last! Food is delicious, I recommend the linguini carbonara! Portions are generous, & the drinks are amazing as well!
To start order the welcome pesto with olive oil with unlimited baggette. This offer is amazing & included free with whatever you order later. The seafood pasta is very good. Avoid drinks, coffee & dessert. They are unnecessarily expensive & just average.
Loved the place. We could not get a table for the first hour as it was a Friday night & we made no reservation. But the person at the front desk told that we will get one in 40 mins which later exceeded to an hour. For that duration, we were at the bar counter. Once we managed to get a table, the server were super amazing & recommended some great food! Drinks are expensive as compared to the next door warehouse but I would come back for their atmosphere & Italian food!
Amazing Customer Service! Our bartender Santi is probably the best bartender I've ever had. Went to Montreal for the weekend & came here just for 1 drink. Ended up having a few & some food based on his recommendations. Came back the next day too because of how positive the experience was. Food & drinks were great, but the bartender Santi is what made the visit stand out. Highly recommend! Must stop in Montreal to start your night out.
We popped in just for a quick drink on Friday - ended up having a couple & some food then going back on Saturday for more. Santi the bartender provided an awesome customer service experience both nights. He had helpful food & drink recommendations as well as stuff to see while we are in town. Best customer service experience in Montreal!
We had a reservation which took a bit for them to figure out but the food & cocktails were incredible. The atmosphere is funky & fun with a beautiful chandelier atop the stair case. We had a few appetizers to share then a variety of main courses that were all delicious. They do try to push you put quickly so it can be a bit rushed but definitely fantastic meals & drinks.
