W&G est un grand restaurant méditerranéen sur deux étages avec deux terrasses ouvertes pour l’été. Un grand bar central est le point d’attraction du rez-de-chaussée tandis que la cuisine ouverte complète avec le four à pizza de brique est l'attraction principale en haut. W&G est reconnu pour ses pâtes fraîches, faites maison, ses délicieuses sauces traditionnelles et sa pizza à croûte mince. Il y a aussi une copieuse sélection de steaks, de veau et de fruits de mer. W&G sert le dîner et le souper chaque jour avec une table d'hôte disponible quotidiennement de $12 à $16 pour le dîner et commençant à 23 $ pour le souper. De plus, une sélection de pizza et de pâtes est disponible pour 10$ de 11h Jusqu'à 15h et après 22h chaque jour pour les soupers de fin de soirée après le hockey, un concert en ville ou avant la tournée des bars! W&G peut aussi accueillir des groupes et pouvons planifier votre party que vous soyez 10 personnes ou 300 personnes! Du lundi au vendredi, les clients peuvent profiter du 5 à 7 alors que les consommations sont 2 pour 1 dès 16h jusqu’à 20h. Pour poursuivre la soirée et accompagner votre repas, vous pourrez choisir de notre sélection de vins des plus élaborée en ville, composée d’importations privées aussi bien que des choix abordables. L’objectif est toujours de s’amuser au W&G, avec un DJ qui met tout pour raviver l’atmosphère les fins de semaines et pour les événements spéciaux. Il y a toujours de l’action au W&G!
Wienstein & Gavino's est souvent décrit comme une adresse italienne incontournable du centre-ville, où les pâtes fraîches et les pizzas généreuses impressionnent par leur saveur et leur finesse. Weinstein's is the place to be in Montreal. The real highlight is the bar staff, especially Santiago, who makes every occasion feel special & personal. Nowhere else will you receive this kind of service. The food is excellent & reasonable. Thank you so much to all the W&G team. Will continue to come here for years to come - highly recommend!

Je suis très déçu de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. Le service était vraiment mauvais. Les serveurs n'étaient pas accueillants & semblaient manquer totalement de respect envers les clients. Nous avons attendu longtemps sans raison, & lorsque nous avons posé des questions, le personnel répondait de façon froide & impatiente.
Ce qui est encore plus préoccupant, c'est que j'ai eu l'impression que certains clients étaient traités différemment, notamment les personnes d'origine indienne. Dans un restaurant, tout le monde devrait être accueilli avec le même respect & la même courtoisie.
Je ne recommande pas cet endroit tant que le service & l'attitude du personnel ne s'améliorent pas.
Très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant. Les serveuses ne sont vraiment pas gentilles & manquent clairement de respect envers les clients. On a l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être les bienvenus. Le service est froid & désagréable, & personne ne semble se soucier de l'expérience des clients. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit si vous cherchez un minimum de respect & de courtoisie.
Ariane was our server & she was so pleasant & polite. The food was delicious, reasonably priced & the portions were on the larger side. Highly recommend
When I think of Italian food, I don't usually think of Montreal, but having said that, this place is amazing. Some of the best Italian that I've ever had. If you're in downtown Montreal for business or pleasure, I highly recommend stopping in here, grabbing a seat at the bar, & trying some of their amazing pasta & one of Francois' famous lemon drop martinis.
The restaurant is a very cool space & the staff are friendly. We were really excited to try it based on the reviews & the homemade pasta noted on the menu, as we love pasta! After eating here, I would not recommend the pasta. We ordered two different dishes/noodle types & they were both just ok for how much hype all the reviews give. Kinda bland, warm not hot, & only 3 shrimp in the chorizo & shrimp dish we ordered. Not what we expected based on reviews & price point.
I cannot speak to the non-pasta dishes & pizza as we came here solely for pasta. Our cocktails were nice though.

Great experience at Weinstein & Gavinos. Lively atmosphere that managed to be warm & comfortable at the same time. We had great service all evening long.
Came here on a Monday night & it was bumpin' before a Paul McCartney concert. Bartender was super nice & friendly. Food was delicious - recommend the Gigi pasta with a meatball! Great atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!
Had an amazing experience here as always! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, & it was absolutely perfect. The pasta was creamy & delicious, & the chicken was cooked just right overall a solid 10/10.
We also ordered the bruschetta, which was fresh & full of flavor. The bread was crispy & baked to perfection.
The atmosphere is always beautiful as well. The vintage look of the restaurant really stands out & creates a warm, inviting vibe. Highly recommend!

Dined here last night, & it was excellent. Had the arugula salad, the veal scallopini with mushrooms, & the Oso Buco was the best! Had the Nutella cheesecake for dessert, but would probably opt for the tiramisu next time. Cocktails were also good & I would recommend the caipirinha
I was looking for a nice spot for dinner the last night of a solo trip to the city & found Wienstein & Gavino's. I got an early reservation & the hostess gave me the option to basically sit anywhere. I asked to sit inside & she kindly chose a table right next to their large windows for a nice view. When I got overwhelmed by the menu choices, my waiter immediately recommended the osso bucco as it had been their longest-running menu item. I'm so glad I listened to him! It was incredible. While I didn't see the whole restaurant, it felt warm, inviting, & a great place to grab dinner with friends. Would definitely come back!
We went here for dinner reservations & had an excellent time. Our waitress was fast, attentive, & very friendly. Drinks were served quickly, water was refilled without asking, & the food was delicious. The bathrooms were clean, & the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!
I can't say one bad thing about this place! A group of us were visiting Montréal for a little vacation & naturally we had been dining & a bunch of restaurants but I have to say our experience at W&G's absolutely stood out.

The food was DELICIOUS. My boyfriend & I shared the arancini, burrata ni bruschetta, the funghi pasta entrée that had wild mushrooms (& we chose farfalle), & of course the tiramisu as our dessert.
Arancini ⭐? 4.5/5 - Didn't blow my mind but it was a great appetizer! Arancini is my boyfriend's fave. I enjoyed it too! It came out warm & crunchy on the outside, creamy perfectly cooked risotto on the inside. Served on red sauce with fresh parm & basil. I do wish it came out hotter though! But admittedly we were a group of 8 people so they might have needed some time to put out all the apps - which is understandable. :)
Burrata ni bruschetta 🌟5/5 - Now this appetizer blew our minds.. Seems so simple but the cooks achieved THE PERFECT composition of texture & flavour with this app. Creamy burrata served on toasted crostini topped with drizzles of honey & balsamic, crushed pistachios & fresh basil. It was TO DIE FOR. We could've EASILY finished one plate each. 😅 I'm not vegetarian but highly recommend to those who are. Such an amazing veg option & it won't fill you up too much before the entrée.
Funghi di bosco w/ farfalle 🌟 5/5 - Another simple though perfectly executed dish. I am VERY particular with my pasta & the cooks most definitely killed it with this one. At W&G's, you have the option to select one of their recipes & pick the type of fresh pasta you want it to be prepared with. The plate came out piping hot - which I loveeee. The fresh pasta is certainly fresh, cooked perfectly al dente. Plenty of mushroom & the cream sauce wasn't heavy at all.
Tiramisu ⭐? 3.5/5 - The tiramisu was tasty. It was definitely soggier than what I'm accustomed to/what I prefer?? I usually like a fluffier, creamier tiramisu. I did like that they weren't heavy-handed with the alcohol! & it had a moderate-strength coffee flavour (I do prefer stronger though but totally personal preference). & it
wasn't overly sweet at all. It was a nice portion to share between my partner & I. A pleasant way to end the dinner since we were already so full! However, I'd probably go for a different dessert next time.
Montréal Mule 🌟 5/5 - Who doesn't love a good mule?! This was so nice & refreshing to have alongside all the food.
After a long day of sightseeing, my family & I were in search of some comfort food, & my wife suggested Italian cuisine. A quick Google search led us to Wienstein & Gavino's, & what a delightful choice it was!
Arriving at the restaurant, I felt a bit apprehensive due to the large staircase & no visible wheelchair ramp, despite its accessibility listing on Google. However, upon talking to the friendly hostess, the manager stepped in & promptly provided a portable ramp, ensuring a smooth entry for us. I was so grateful for their attentiveness, which saved us from having to find another place.
Once inside, we were immediately charmed by the chic Italian flair of the décor & the inviting aroma that filled the air. Our anticipation for the meal grew, & thankfully, it did not disappoint. Each dish was truly fantastic! My son was thrilled to see a unique item on the menu called Basilico, something we've never encountered before. It was remarkably close to what I usually make at home, which made it even more special.
If you're in search of delicious Italian fare & a warm, welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Wienstein & Gavino's. I highly recommend this restaurant for an exceptional dining experience!
