W&G est un grand restaurant méditerranéen sur deux étages avec deux terrasses ouvertes pour l’été. Un grand bar central est le point d’attraction du rez-de-chaussée tandis que la cuisine ouverte complète avec le four à pizza de brique est l'attraction principale en haut. W&G est reconnu pour ses pâtes fraîches, faites maison, ses délicieuses sauces traditionnelles et sa pizza à croûte mince. Il y a aussi une copieuse sélection de steaks, de veau et de fruits de mer. W&G sert le dîner et le souper chaque jour avec une table d'hôte disponible quotidiennement de $12 à $16 pour le dîner et commençant à 23 $ pour le souper. De plus, une sélection de pizza et de pâtes est disponible pour 10$ de 11h Jusqu'à 15h et après 22h chaque jour pour les soupers de fin de soirée après le hockey, un concert en ville ou avant la tournée des bars! W&G peut aussi accueillir des groupes et pouvons planifier votre party que vous soyez 10 personnes ou 300 personnes! Du lundi au vendredi, les clients peuvent profiter du 5 à 7 alors que les consommations sont 2 pour 1 dès 16h jusqu’à 20h. Pour poursuivre la soirée et accompagner votre repas, vous pourrez choisir de notre sélection de vins des plus élaborée en ville, composée d’importations privées aussi bien que des choix abordables. L’objectif est toujours de s’amuser au W&G, avec un DJ qui met tout pour raviver l’atmosphère les fins de semaines et pour les événements spéciaux. Il y a toujours de l’action au W&G!

I've been coming to this Italian restaurant for over 15 years, & it's always exceptional. The food is delicious - pasta, pizza, salads, & great wine. The service is consistently warm & attentive. They make you feel at home. A true Italian gem in Montreal that never disappoints.

My husband & I were here with our 18 year old son & his friend. We had a fantastic experience. Our server Florence was amazing - professional, fun, courteous & attentive. We really enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere. It was busy but the vibe was great. The food was fantastic & the bartender made top notch drinks. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Montreal!
We went here for dinner reservations & had an excellent time. Our waitress was fast, attentive, & very friendly. Drinks were served quickly, water was refilled without asking, & the food was delicious. The bathrooms were clean, & the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!

After a long day of sightseeing, my family & I were in search of some comfort food, & my wife suggested Italian cuisine. A quick Google search led us to Wienstein & Gavino's, & what a delightful choice it was!
Arriving at the restaurant, I felt a bit apprehensive due to the large staircase & no visible wheelchair ramp, despite its accessibility listing on Google. However, upon talking to the friendly hostess, the manager stepped in & promptly provided a portable ramp, ensuring a smooth entry for us. I was so grateful for their attentiveness, which saved us from having to find another place.
Once inside, we were immediately charmed by the chic Italian flair of the décor & the inviting aroma that filled the air. Our anticipation for the meal grew, & thankfully, it did not disappoint. Each dish was truly fantastic! My son was thrilled to see a unique item on the menu called Basilico, something we've never encountered before. It was remarkably close to what I usually make at home, which made it even more special.
If you're in search of delicious Italian fare & a warm, welcoming atmosphere, look no further than Wienstein & Gavino's. I highly recommend this restaurant for an exceptional dining experience!

First time visiting Montreal, we randomly picked this restaurant based on location to our hotel & wow! The ambiance & food was AMAZING. But, the best part was the service -'Joe' was incredible he was a little show on his own he was so attentive & HAPPY. Smiling doing his thing we couldn't stop watching him. He was so sweet & such a gentleman. The food was perfect. We can't wait to come back.
This place is incredible. Jade served us & was spectacular. She was very attentive, made great recommendations & super personable. The pasta was made fresh & the portions are HUGE. We sat on the patio & the atmosphere was great. 100% recommend.
Catherine was the best sever we could ever ask for. Super attentive even when she was busy & was quick to try & make our date as amazing as possible! Thank you Catherine.

We came as a group of six & even though it was busy, the service was very attentive. Very spacious, nice decorated place. I personally recommend the bruschetta baguette & carbonara. A great spot if you're with a group & looking for good portions. Make sure to book tables before visit.

After a leisurely afternoon exploring the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, my cousin & I were craving a good meal to cap off our day. Wienstein & Gavino's, located just a short walk from the museum, felt like the perfect spot to unwind & indulge in delicious food. The inviting atmosphere immediately drew us in, & from start to finish, it was a memorable dining experience.
Wienstein & Gavino's is a great spot for anyone looking for a refined yet cozy atmosphere with Italian-inspired dishes. The service, food, & ambiance make it a solid choice for a relaxed meal in Montreal, especially if you're near the Museum of Fine Arts. Whether you're in the mood for a comforting pasta or a light seafood appetizer, this restaurant delivers a memorable dining experience.

Ambiance:
The space is warm & stylish, with a cozy bistro feel & plenty of seating. While it's large, it never felt too noisy, & we were able to enjoy a peaceful meal upstairs. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between lively & intimate.
Drinks:
My cousin had a Long Island Iced Tea ($11.30), which he liked for its well-balanced mix, while I went for an Italian Pinot Grigio ($11.25). Both drinks were refreshing & paired well with our food, setting the tone for a relaxing evening.
Food:
We started with the calamari ($23), which was light & crispy with two great dipping sauces. For my main, I had the Ravioli alla Gavino ($24)-the ricotta & spinach filling was creamy & delicious, though I'd have liked a bit more seasoning. My cousin's Fettuccini Carbonara ($25) was the highlight of the meal: perfectly cooked pasta in a rich, smoky sauce.
Service:
The service was friendly & attentive without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable, & the meal was paced perfectly, allowing us to enjoy every bite without feeling rushed.
Value for Money:
At just over $100 for both of us, the prices felt fair for the quality of the food & the experience. The portions were generous, & the overall meal was satisfying.
The restaurant is gorgeous, the wait staff are very attentive & the atmosphere is calming & refreshing. A definite must go for the atmosphere & the Italian food 😉
This place is just amazing! I always end up here whenever I want to have Italian. It's the perfect mix of great food, romantic ambiance & amazing service. I love their Funghi di Bosco pasta made in white truffle oil. It's chef's kiss! I also like their Giardiniera pizza which is loaded with veggies. Their wine selection is also amazing. Talking about the service, the servers are very attentive & polite. It's the perfect place if you want to go on a date & since Valentine's Day is around the corner, you know where to go!
Our dinner at Weinstein & Gavino's Montreal was nothing short of exceptional! The culinary expertise & attention to detail are evident in every aspect of their dishes. The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection - tender, smoky, & bursting with flavor. The grilled lamb chops, however, stole the show! Cooked to a precise medium-rare, the lamb was incredibly tender & juicy, with a rich, gamey flavor that paired exquisitely with the accompanying herbs & spices. Throughout our meal, the service was impeccable - attentive, knowledgeable, & friendly. The ambiance was warm & inviting, making for a truly unforgettable dining experience. If you're a food connoisseur or simply seeking a exceptional meal in Montreal, Weinstein & Gavino's is an absolute must-visit! Be sure to order the grilled octopus & lamb chops - you won't be disappointed!

Wienstein & Gavino's was really fab! We were waited on by Alecsa & her service was impeccable, she was extremely attentive & hard working. We had carbonara & bolognaise & both dishes were absolutely delicious & proper Italian style. The portion sizes are also very good! The atmosphere is great if you like a buzzy, loud restaurant. Would highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful restaurant, & I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in until the last bite, everything was simply amazing. The service was exceptional - attentive, friendly, & always available when needed, without ever being intrusive. A special shout-out to Sofia, who made our evening truly unforgettable! Her warm demeanor & attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. She made excellent recommendations, including the perfect wine pairing. The food was an delight! W&G was a great dining experience. The food was unbelievable. Delicious & excellent portions. Service was superb with our wait staff being attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere was lovely on the eyes but hard on the ears. Very loud inside but not so bad outside. The appetizers were tasty but the main meal came out a little too soon. Overall we were very happy with the evening.
Severing Staff is friendly & attentive! Had the best time on their patio in the rain people watching! Calamari was done perfectly & Cesare's where tasty! The Winnipeg crew will return again for more fun & drinks!!

The pizza & pasta were both great - full of flavor & perfectly cooked. The lamb chops were overall okay; while the flavor was good, they could have been better in terms of tenderness. The service was attentive & friendly, & the restaurant's interior had a cozy yet vibrant ambiance. It's a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. We'd definitely recommend it, especially for the pizza & pasta!
