It can be hard to find much else other than your typical'2 pour 1' pizza spots in Quebec or pizza that really stands out & is unique. Welldun Pizza does just that, offering three styles that you typically don't find in Quebec: Detroit, New York, & Grandma.
If your a sucker for crispy cheese, like I am, the Detroit is a must try. The textures of this pizza are one of the things that sets it apart; crispy cheese edges, chewy soft dough in the middle & then gooey cheesy on top, & then the charred pepperoni. It's as masterpiece.
The location is quite small but the line moves quick. They were out of the Detroit style Vodka Pep I wanted to try when I arrived but by the time it was my turn to order a fresh pie had just come out of their oven.
You can order by the slice or a whole pie & while it is slightly pricey for pizza, the flavors & textures are worth it.
Des pizza de style americaines dans les regle de l'art. J'y ai découvert la pizza style Détroit : depuis j'en ai des cravings. Essayez bacon vodka style Détroit, c'est un sure shot.
Le seul bémol manger a l'intérieur c'est pas terrible, souvent enfumé & plutôt bruyant. Mais encore, pourquoi pas ca fait parti de la place :)

I was super impressed! I saw this place get hype over social media. Sometimes it's over hyped, this is definitely not! I tried 6 different pieces & all of them were great. They're Detroit style pizza, & it's made amazingly. Would highly recommend!
Excellent endroit pour découvrir plusieurs styles de pizza & toutes aussi succulentes, Détroit , Grand mère, Sicilienne etc.j'aime le fait de pouvoir choisir plusieurs styles à la pointe, Très bien conseiller & services rapide. A découvrir absolument! +4.8
Une des références a Montréal pour une bonne pizza faite avec des ingrédients qui goûtent la qualité & la générosité italienne!

Shared three Detroit style slices for two & had leftovers, these are filling. Each slice was great though & they have lots of unique flavors. Probably not the best Detroit I've had but very solid for the price & time. Line moved quick & staff were efficient

Actually the best. The life hack is get the Detroit style margarita pizza & your life will be hacked. Other pies are good too but the Detroit style odds another level.
I recently tried Welldun Pizza on Wellington, & I was impressed by their great selection of pizzas, including Detroit, Sicilian, & New York styles. Each slice is around $7, depending on the style. I opted for the Detroit & Sicilian style, & just thinking about it has me drooling, it was absolutely perfect!
The staff were incredibly kind & seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, which made the experience even better. Another bonus is the free water jug they provide,perfect for water lovers like me!
While it's definitely more of a high-end pizza spot & can get a bit pricey, the quality is 100% worth it. I can't wait to go back!
One of the best pizza in Montreal! Been there a few times & it never disappoint. My favorites one are the vodka bacon detroit style & the pepperoni sicilian style. Would absolutely recommand you to go for a try if you're in the neighborhood or even make a detour just for it.
Amazing pizza spot. Usually very good. I find their Detroit pizzas to have way too much tomato sauce & usually I love lots of tomato sauce on pizza. I know that's the point of that style, but it's just too overwhelming. Also last time, we got 5 slices & a lot of it was burnt way too much. Completely black & inedible in the corners. I overheard the cooks saying they need to turn down the oven, but it's the shame they let burnt pizza slices go out to customers. They also need better ventilation in the kitchen because it's not a safe working environment for the kitchen staff with all the heat & fumes. Just some constructive feedback.
If I'm in the area, I usually'accidentally' wander into Welldun & sit at the window with a slice. The Detroit-style gets me every time & if I decide to take out, I tend to grab two of different kinds as I can never seem to decide which one to go for…
Super polite at the cash. I'd love for everyone to have that energy, that's the kind of vibe that gets me coming back.
