Service was a little on the slower side but MAN the quality in the sushi is amazing. They play with texture & flavours making the eating experience absolutely phenomenal. We went to UTO on a whim & it was some of my best sushi experiences in a very long time! The food was 100% worth the wait.

Amazing food. Very good food, while being very affordable. The owner was kind & even gave us some free asian candy to try. Well worth the wait when it's busy.
A friend brought me here 6 months ago for the Eel Poke Bowl & have have come back with a new friend each month since then - everyone falls in love with both the food & the wonderful chef!
Hands down, the best poke bowl I've ever had, everything is made to perfection with such care - the seared eel is a wonderful touch that adds an amazing crispness, i cant even begin to praise the japanese omelet!
If i could give this place 10 stars, i would.
From someone who's had sushi all over the globe, including Michelin-starred restaurants, Nobu, & the freshest spots in Hawaii, I can confidently say this place is the absolute best. Seriously, forget everything you think you know about sushi until you've eaten here. The fish is unbelievably fresh, the rice is perfectly seasoned, & the chef's knife skills are out of this world. Each piece is a work of art, bursting with flavor & melting in your mouth. This isn't just a meal; it's a sushi experience that will ruin all other sushi for you.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! The prices are so fair for something so special. I feel lucky to have come here based off real kind reviews. The portions are so generous too. Definitely coming back anytime I'm back in the city!!

Un sushi increíblemente rico, producto fresco y con mucho sabor, por no hablar de lo rico que estaba el arroz. Sin duda, de los mejores sushi que he probado hasta la fecha y el servicio y atención de 10. Merece cada una de las 5 estrellas que tiene.
