Absolument délicieux, sushi frais & remplis de saveurs. Les makis #14-15-16 sont excellent. Il faut par contre appelez à l'avance pour avant de récupérer vos commandes car la préparation peut prendre plus de 30 à 45 min avant d'être prête surtout en heure de pointe.
Les commandes sont garder au frido, ce que je trouve bien attentionné de leur part.
Les pokes bowls restent à être essayer, merci UTO sushi, à bientôt.
Les meilleurs poke bowl que j'ai mangé. Les portions sont très généreuses & tous les produits sont d'une excellente qualité & très bons. De plus, le prix est vraiment très raisonnable pour la qualité & la générosité !

Incredible sushi, really fresh & prepared very well. The chef/proprietor is very friendly & interesting to speak with. He opened in May 2024 & works very long hours to make sure his food is the best it can be. Even the soy sauce (which the chef makes himself) had a noticeable, above the norm taste. We had sushi but the people sitting next to us had the poke bowls which looked amazing. I recommend looking at the menu & deciding which items you would prefer Not to have, then asking the chef to recommend items from the rest of the menu… His suggestions for us were spot on.
I will admit that I was skeptical of all the five star reviews, but after dinning there I see they are genuine & well deserved.
Update 8/28/2025 - I came back a year later. The sushi was just as amazing as I remember from 2024. The owner is doing an amazing job. He has maintained & even elevated the high quality & integrity of his restaurant. UTO Sushi well deserves its strong reputation.
It's got 5 stars for a reason. Really good sushi/poke for a very reasonable price. You can see everything being made fresh. I got a salmon poke bowl & my partner got a Montreal.
Wow, absolutely by far the best poke bowl I've had. Curated with attention to ingredients & flavors. Would highly recommend this place to those that are thinking twice!
A friend brought me here 6 months ago for the Eel Poke Bowl & have have come back with a new friend each month since then - everyone falls in love with both the food & the wonderful chef!
Hands down, the best poke bowl I've ever had, everything is made to perfection with such care - the seared eel is a wonderful touch that adds an amazing crispness, i cant even begin to praise the japanese omelet!
En 2 semaines, c'est la 3e fois que nous venons dans ce restaurant. Nous sommes toujours bien servis. Produits frais & service impeccable.
Nous recommandons vivement à tous les amateurs de sushis & poke bowl.
J'y suis allée pour les 5 étoiles & pour le poké bowl végétarien dans un VRAI bol (bambou/bois), vue sur les photos d'autres avis.

The chef is so friendly & hardworking. I always get the Vegetarian Poke bowl; I've tried many spots around the city & nothing compares to the poke here. The sauce & flavours are unbeatable!
Even after reading all the reviews I was blown away. I would have payed double for what we got. Had the best & freshest tasting sushi that I have ever had in my life, seaweed salad was amazing & my girlfriend got a poke bowl that was again… the best bowl either of us had ever had. The owner loon even makes his own soy sauce. I asked where he gets it from because I wanted to stockpile it at home it was so good I could drink it strait up. Best food we've had in the entire trip!

Hidden gem in the plateau serving the best sushi in the area. Generous portions for the affordable price. The eel poke bowl was really good, this place is a lot better than the other sushi places kicking around at the moment. The guy working there is super nice to, great service
It is absolutely no exaggeration when I say that this is the best poke bowl I've ever had! & I have traveled to Hawaii. The bowl is delicious, the ingredients are fresh, & the portion is generous. The same goes for sushi. You can tell that the owner, who btw. is very friendly & welcoming, takes great care in how he prepares the food & in choosing the best ingredients. It's a quaint little place that we frequent every time we visit Montreal ❤️
Tried UTO for the first time & it was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the veggie poke bowl & it came with so many fresh & delicious toppings! The man who was working there was very sweet as well.
