TSUJIRI a été fondée à Kyoto (Japon) en 1860 par Riemon Tsuji, un maître du thé réputé pour son esprit de "YUWA" — afin de continuer à innover tout en préservant les traditions. Il y a un siècle, M.Tsuji a perfectionné la méthode de culture du GYOKURO, la plus haute qualité de thé vert japonais. Elle est encore utilisée aujourd'hui. Il a également inventé une boîte à thé qui préserve la longévité et la fraîcheur des feuilles de thé durant le transport, permettant ainsi au thé frais de Kyoto d'être disponible dans d'autres villes japonaises. En l'honneur de sa contribution à l'industrie japonaise du thé, une statue de M.Tsuji a été construite à Kyoto en 1933. En 2010, notre première CHAHO (boutique de thé) en dehors du Japon a été ouverte pour perpétuer l'esprit de notre fondateur et servir du thé frais à nos clients dans le monde entier.

Been here several times. Service is friendly & feels just like you are in Tokyo. They were able to give this franchise the right feel. Even if you aren't into matcha, there are many things to eat. The ramen is pretty good & better than some I've had in Japan. Price is reasonable. Tempura shrimp are good but not great. The batter just isn't light & airy enough. Desserts are delicious but too pricey in my opinion. Will be back & recommend.

Update june 2025: for the past few times i noticed the drinks are not as consistent, it's a hit or miss. I guess depends on the barista …
I love their Ramen! It gets busy in this cafe, but I like the atmosphere.

Les matchas sont très bons & riches. Toujours à la bonne température pour être consommé directement. Je trouve les ramens un peu moins goûteux. Beaucoup de tables pour travailler sans trop de bruits avec des prises électriques à certaines tables.

Everything matcha is delicious...best matcha ice cream. Also very good ramen & poke bowls. Great casual dinner or dropping in for dessert. The parfaits are amazing. Wish they stayed open later in the summer though.

Great beverages hot & cold. One of the few places where I can find hojicha. Meals are very good too, especially the ramen & dashi chazuke.

The food was all very delicious! I'm not a huge ramen fan because the ones in the US are normally very salty & heavy but this one is so light, sweet & just salty enough! The soba noodles were so tasty as well as the Poké ball (which could have used more fish but still good) If you're around & looking for a cute cafe with good food & nice matcha drinks, come here!

Endroit avec service rapide , ma soupe ramen était excellente , mais j'aurais aimé un peu plus relevé, & le porc était savoureux à l'intérieur. Tiramisu matcha était exquis

Such a great spot to study, for dates, or for good Japanese matcha goodies! We ordered their matcha cake, matcha latté & matcha mochi parfait! The matcha was so flavourful & strong, which is exactly what you want! They also sell ramen as well! The atmosphere was really good & a lot of seating!

Absolument délicieux Vraiment le ramen était trop bon tout comme les desserts J'y reviendrais c'est sur ! Une ambiance plus chaleureuse serait peut être agréable toutefois

After coming back from Tokyo, I have been on the constant hunt for the best matcha in Montreal. This Summer, my partner introduced me to this hidden gem called "Tsujiri." Not only did they have the best matcha I ever tasted, they have a delicious array of matcha & hojicha sweets/cakes/desserts & ramen (their tonkotsu is a must try). & to top it all off, the service at Tsujiri is absolutely top-notch & their atmosphere/aesthetic is so Japanese that sometimes I have to remind myself that I am still in Montreal (sadly) & not in Japan. 10/10 Would recommend to each & everyone I know!

Le bouillon du ramen est vraiment bon ^^ ça pourrait être encore meilleur avec un peu plus de viande & des algues :)

L'endroit idéal si on adore le matcha ! On peut y déguster à la fois de délicieux ramens, boissons & desserts au matcha au même endroit. (+) Ramen Soba Tonkatsu - Fraîcheur des nouilles soba & char siu hyper goûteux (+) Parfait au matcha - un délicieux mélange de glace au matcha, céréales, fèves rouges, chiffons matchas avec macaron aux fraise (+) Latté au matcha - onctueux latté bien balancé (+/-) Ebiten Sanuki Udon - tempuras auraient être un peu plus goûteux

Tsujiri is famous for their world renowned green tea & this shop carried with its name is famous for their matcha dessert. All desserts created with Japanese aesestics. Visually appealing, look simple & complex in making. If you are first time here, I would like to recommend their green tea soft serve icecream products such as parfaits, or as simple as green tea ice cream in the cone. I am sure you won't disappointed. They also serve hot dishes such as ramen & green tea udon that you are rarely find in North America.

Great matcha dessert place. It’s nice that they also have noodles/ ramen, so you can have food & dessert, drinks at one place. I felt the price has gone up a few dollars over the two years.
