La nourriture était cher & la pizza qu'on a eu baignait dans l'huile. On était là pour un concert, ce qu'on avait précisé dans notre réservation, & la serveuse nous a assis au côté opposé du restaurant, d'où nous n'avons rien entendu. On a ensuite demandé s'ils pouvaient éteindre la musique de fond du restaurant pour pouvoir entendre la musique du concert, ce qu'ils ont refusé de faire. Mis à part ça, la serveuse était très sympathique.
Très bel endroit, nous avons bien mangé,mais c'est très très dispendieux pour des pâtes,qui, soit dit en passant, ne sont pas des pâtes fraîches. Tout est beaucoup trop cher, même les drinks, 16$ pour une sangria qui n'en est pas une!
Le service était médiocre, la dame ne s'est pas occupée de nous beaucoup, mise à part prendre les commandes & repartir aussitôt, sans demander si on veut autre chose & à la fin, nous faire payer. J'ai dû aller au bar quelques fois pour demander ce que je voulais. Bref nous ne retournerons pas à ce restaurant!
Réservation rapide, table assignée rapidement! Besoin de marche pour se rendre, stationnement limité! Un peu déçu du service… nourriture très moyenne & assez chère! Ne goute pas du tout l'Italie. Un cocktail était bon, l'autre pas du tout… la pizza beaucoup trop d'huile d'olive! Assez déçu en général

J'ai commandé une pizza au saumon fumé, j'ai reçu une pâte extrêmement huileuse, saumon cuit, garnitures à l'intérieur, pas de goût, je ne sais même pas si je peux appeler ça une pizza. Décevant….

J'aime beaucoup aller a ce restaurant la bouffe est bonne le service est bien le seule bémol c'est le bruit lorsqu'on mange dans la grande salle à manger c'est même dérangeant
I had high expectations because the staff were friendly & said my request would be'no problem.' I specifically explained that I needed my meal to contain absolutely no cheese or dairy products.
After getting home & starting to eat, I discovered small pieces of cheese mixed into the sauce. That was extremely disappointing. I had even left over a 30% tip on a 30$ order because I appreciated the service & trusted that my request had been taken seriously.
For someone who avoids dairy, whether for ethical, dietary, or allergy reasons, this kind of mistake matters. I understand that mistakes can happen, but if the kitchen isn't certain they can prepare a dairy-free meal, it's better to say so than to assure a customer everything will be fine.
I relied on the restaurant's assurance that my meal would be completely dairy-free. I hope the restaurant takes special dietary requests more seriously in the future so this doesn't happen to someone else.
